    Video très instructive. Quz'd j'ai reçu en décembre dernier mon I330R j'avais la version 1.003 du firmware, j'ai fais la maj vers la version 1.005 mais je n'ai aps encore plongé avec. Hier j'ai vue que la 1.007 était dispo du coup je me suis dit que j'allais faire la mise à jour et là tout est allé de travers. La batterie était à 90% pleine, je l'ai même branché sur le secteur pour être sûr de ne pas avoir de pb, j'ai lancé la mise à jours, sur le téléphone tout est allé pour le mieux jusqu'au moment de l'installation du firmware. Depuis j'ai écran noire et le message FW error please reload 😅. J'ai attendu que la batterie se vide mais c'est tjrs pareil. Le logiciel voit bien l'ordinateur de plongé mais impossible de repousser la mise à jour car c'est comme si soit le firmware était corrompu, soit lors de l'installation de ce dernier il ai effacé la 1.005 et n'est pas réussi à écrire la 1.007 laissant l'ordinateur sans micrologiciel dispo. C'est bête car il n'a pas encore vu l'eau et je devais aller plonger aujourd'hui avec. Lundi je vais allé chez le revendeur voir ce qu'il est possible de faire

      Bonjour ! Pour ce problème, vous devez vous rendre dans n'importe quel centre partenaire Aqualung et leur demander de faire la mise à jour du firmware par câble (ils devraient avoir le logiciel mais c'est un logiciel qui n'est donné qu'aux magasins partenaires ou aux centres de plongée). Une fois la mise à jour effectuée par câble, votre ordi fonctionnera à nouveau comme il se doit. Tenez-moi au courant lorsque vous aurez résolu ce problème. =)

    Hi! I would like to know if you can help me with the following, I have already tried to update the firmware several times but each time it reaches 99℅ it doesn't go beyond that, until after about an hour and a half, two hours, my computer ends up shutting down . What do I do? Thank you and congratulations for the channel!

      Hi Alex, this update error is not really normal. As you can see in the two videos I posted about the R1.004 and the latest R1.005 updates, the computer updates very easily via Diverlog Plus. If you are still experiencing this problem when trying to do the R1.005 update, take your computer to the nearest Aqualung partner dive center and ask them to do the update by cable (they should have the software to do this), then if your computer still won't update, ask them to send it to the repair center. This problem must be resolved before using the computer underwater. Please keep me posted, I hope you can solve this problem very quickly. Cheers! 🐟

      @@life.underwater I have the same problem every time I try to update. But it's usually only with the Android app, when I do it with my iPad it works. Technical support by aqualung/divelog+ is really really bad, unfortunately. Had several issues already and they're very slow in response and when they finally respond, they're not much help... It's a shame, because I really love that computer

    hello, could you please help me. I can't update the firmware. The mobile is connected to the diving watch. The application is downloaded but not installed. Tried several times with no result. Thank you

      Hi Daniela, I'm sorry for the late reply.
      If you are unable to perform the FW update via DiverlogPlus, please take the computer to an Aqualung partner store and ask them to perform the update via cable. They may have software dedicated to this operation (which I know is supplied to all Aqualung partner centers) and your problem will be solved. Please let me know if you succeed. Best regards.

    Unfortunately I met the problem as you mentioned in this video. I updated firmware when battery is very low. Now it showed FW failure, and no one want to help me. Aqualung and the dealer don't want to take any responsibility. If I watch this video earlier, everything would be fine. Now my computer became trash just the next day after I received it. 😭😭😭

      Hello, thank you for sharing your case. Unfortunately it is really a problem when you try to upgrade it without having at least half of the battery charged, but I think there is still a chance for your case, go to another Aqualung store or dive center and ask them to return your computer to the repair office due to the latest RECALL.
      State that it malfunctioned after some days of use I am pretty sure they will at least send your computer to be repaired. Aqualung will restart it and send it back to you updated.

      @@life.underwater Thank you for this great idea shearing. Neverthelessly the chance would be very low to me, because there has only one authorized dealer in Taiwan, and they has refused my request. Aqualung is not so popular in Taiwan. So this is great lesson to me though. I won't consider Aqualung's products next time.

      You're welcome, it's a shame that they won't send your computer to be reset. Try to contact Aqualung US, sending a copy of your purchase invoice, I'm pretty sure they will assist you.

      Yo también tuve problemas con mi Aqualung i330R. Me lo cambiaron 2 veces porque estaba en la partida afectada, finalmente me mandaron uno que en teoría ya no estaba dentro del periodo afectado y en la 6a immersión empezó la pantalla a hacer interferencias de colores y se apagó. Estoy esperando respuesta de mi tienda y envié emails (3) a Aqualung para que me digan algo y no hay manera. Me estoy poniendo nerviosa y decepcionandome mucho con la marca. Ya os diré si se arregla.

      Lamentablemente el lanzamiento del ordenador de buceo fue realmente complicado, con estas retiradas y actualizaciones, pero sé que están sustituyendo todos los i330R defectuosos por otros nuevos, sin discusión. Si la tienda en la que dejaste el tuyo está tardando demasiado en arreglar el problema, cámbiate a otra y pídeles que devuelvan el ordenador de buceo defectuoso para que te lo cambien. Usted y la tienda no pagarán por este procedimiento, así que es sólo una cuestión de buena voluntad por parte de ellos.

      Hallo, dieser Update-Fehler ist nicht wirklich normal. Wenn dieses Problem auftritt, wenn du versuchst, das R1.005-Update durchzuführen, bringe deinen Computer zum nächsten Aqualung Partner-Tauchzentrum und bitte sie, das Update per Kabel durchzuführen (sie sollten die Software dafür haben), und wenn dein Computer dann immer noch nicht aktualisiert werden kann, bitte sie, ihn an das Reparaturzentrum zu schicken. Dieses Problem muss behoben werden, bevor Sie den Computer unter Wasser benutzen. Bitte halten Sie mich auf dem Laufenden, ich hoffe, Sie können dieses Problem schnell lösen. Prost! 🐟

    Anybody has an issue that the comp didn't enter safety stop?
    My last two dives (max dept 38m), once i reached the safety stop depth, the computer did nothing, and yes i set them correctly and read the manual or course

      same issue yesterday: first dive, safe stop properly triggered; second one, nothing. bah

      It is very unusual for it not to show at least the 4 or 5m safety stop. Depending on how long you have spent at 38m, it should also show a stop at around 22m, so if the computer is up to date and still behaving like this, take it to the nearest dive shop/center and ask them to send it back to Aqualung for an expertise. We should never use a computer that puts us at risk underwater.
