Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, but you are right. Even with the battery fully charged, it's always risky to perform any update via Bluetooth. The best option is to connect it with a USB cable and do the update using the Diver Log Lite software directly on a PC.

Purtroppo i pulsanti per l'SP1 non sono più disponibili sul mercato, ho solo alcuni pulsanti SP2/UP-X1/UP-X1R e anche per l'OMER Mistral, ma sono molto diversi da quelli metallici dell'SP1. Hello! No, the pins only work as magnetic receivers for each button press (the buttons are all magnetic), so they only need to be directed towards each button, but not necessarily touching the inside of the case. Try removing the battery and hard resetting the watch by touching both the + and - poles at the same time with a metal tool. This procedure does not erase the dive log, but it can erase any electronic malfunctions. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza, quando questo orologio inizia a mostrare dati anomali come la temperatura HI sul display, il suo sensore di pressione sta iniziando a guastarsi e presto smetterà di funzionare completamente. Purtroppo non c'è altra soluzione che la sostituzione dell'intero PCB con un nuovo ricambio. Normalmente questo accade dopo diverse centinaia di immersioni o se un sensore di pressione è difettoso. Mi dispiace di non avere una buona soluzione per il suo caso. Cordiali saluti.

Ciao Domenico, una volta che l'orologio ha memorizzato un calendario perpetuo all'interno del suo chip, una volta impostata la data corretta (anno, mese, ora), il giorno verrà impostato automaticamente su quello buono. Cordiali saluti.

Hola Pedro, gracias por la pregunta. Efectivamente es un reloj muy bueno para su precio. Si tienes suerte encontrarás el recargable, el OMR-1, que es el mismo reloj pero con batería recargable. Tengo muchos comentarios positivos de todos los compañeros que los usan, tanto el normal como el recargable. Creo que te gustará. Un saludo!

Hi Lahaina, unfortunately your watch has probably presented some electronic problem. If the battery that is installed still has an acceptable charge (between 3.3V to 3V), the electronic board has some kind of defect. This cannot be solved without replacing the entire computer with a new one, so if it is still under warranty, ask to have it replaced at any of OMER's partner stores. Pour ce problème, vous devez vous rendre dans n'importe quel centre partenaire Aqualung et leur demander de faire la mise à jour du firmware par câble (ils devraient avoir le logiciel mais c'est un logiciel qui n'est donné qu'aux magasins partenaires ou aux centres de plongée). Une fois la mise à jour effectuée par câble, votre ordi fonctionnera à nouveau comme il se doit. Tenez-moi au courant lorsque vous aurez résolu ce problème. =)

Bonjour, mettez la vidéo en pause à la minute 3:40 et vous verrez exactement les deux points que vous devez toucher pour faire le "hard reset". Il s'agit de la languette métallique inférieure dorée et de la masse métallique ronde supérieure. Ne vous inquiétez pas, vous ne causerez aucun dommage au circuit imprimé de la montre.

Si la carcasa donde se queda el botón sigue en perfecto estado, te lo cambiarán y el OMR-1 podrá volver a funcionar correctamente. Some sensors may have been reused in the Apeks version, but I'm not sure once I haven't had a chance to disassemble one yet. I will post more content about this computer very soon. @@life.underwater I hope you have any way to contact Aqualung to suggest that they allow us to customize the screen a little bit. For example there is so much unused space in the screen at Dive mode that they can definitely give us the option to increase the size of all the fonts so I can read everything without the need of using glasses attached to my mask.

Ciao, l'O-ring originale ha un diametro di 37 mm per 0,8 mm di spessore. Dovresti trovarlo in buoni centri di immersione che hanno un negozio di riparazioni. Considerate la possibilità di iscrivervi al canale, pubblicherò futuri video su questo orologio. Saluti. =)

Hello! For this kind of problem, you have to go to any Aqualung partner center and ask them to do the firmware update via cable (they should have the software but it is a software that is only given to partner stores or dive centers). Hi Douglas. Indeed, this model already had some firmware updates but none of them cause the computer to crash or behave erratically. If your computer is not working properly and it has the latest update installed, it probably has some kind of hardware malfunction, so go to any Aqualung partner center to have it send back to be analyzed and possibly replaced. Hi Alex, this update error is not really normal. As you can see in the two videos I posted about the R1.004 and the latest R1.005 updates, the computer updates very easily via Diverlog Plus. If you are still experiencing this problem when trying to do the R1.005 update, take your computer to the nearest Aqualung partner dive center and ask them to do the update by cable (they should have the software to do this), then if your computer still won't update, ask them to send it to the repair center. This problem must be resolved before using the computer underwater. Please keep me posted, I hope you can solve this problem very quickly. Cheers! 🐟

@@life.underwater I have the same problem every time I try to update. But it's usually only with the Android app, when I do it with my iPad it works. Technical support by aqualung/divelog+ is really really bad, unfortunately. Had several issues already and they're very slow in response and when they finally respond, they're not much help... It's a shame, because I really love that computer
