I Added Spamton to Minecraft

I've been working on this intermittently for a few months now, and it's finally done! Here it is: The Minecraft Spamton Mod! From his shop, to the basement, to pipis, lots of Deltarune features are now available in Minecraft.
IMPORTANT INFO (READ BEFORE PLAYING): This mod is intended for SINGLEPLAYER use. Multiplayer worlds may break the mod. This mod is for Minecraft version 1.16.5.
