Growing up an Air Force brat in the 70's and 80's I wondered what would come along in the US air arsenal that would outperform and outmaneuver the F-16 and F-15. The F-22 does this and then sum!! That pilot makes that thing "dance" in the air like no one's business! CRAZY! Makes me proud to be an American!!
Crazy. That must be so much fun if you could do it. I am retired, but for 20 years I worked for a Chicago based company. Every other year or so they would hold the summer outing on the Friday before the Air & Water Show, which is a practice day for the military jets. The company rented a cruise size ship for a couple of hundred of us. Invariably the jets would buzz the ship out on Lake Michigan for kicks. Ours and theirs. I’m sure it was well within the safety zone, but it sure got loud.
I remember watching a Dutch pilot at a Mildenhall air show going ballistic in an F16 up from the centre of the display line until invisible in a clear blue sky. He then put it in a flat spin and tumbled back into view and pulled out at about a thousand feet or less into a tight loop around the perimeter of the field. I remember it thirty years on as clearly as day. This display must have been as memorable to watch first hand too. ❤
Since the first time I saw the f22 display at Fairford a few years ago, I was blown away and is the reason I flew to America to catch it again before it stops displaying

The amount of power to pull out of that fall leaf always blows my mind. Amazing thrust. Glad i'm on this side lol
I love that sound of the jets flying over my house. 😮too bad I can’t ride in one. Dennis
Nice job on the video sir! Had my undivided attention. Thank you for sharing.
I live overlooking our air national guards field, warthogs in and out over my house weekly, and we just had our annual air show. I’ve tried to document some of that for my grandson, who wants to be a pilot, and have some appreciation for how difficult that is.
The flares at 1:20 are a nice touch! I hadn't seen that before. Also, having that little blue hole in the clouds as it stalls at the top of the Falling Leaf maneuver at 2:40 was breathtaking! What a shot! How did you arrange that? 😆
It was a cracking display and just got lucky ☺️

Bloody hell. Great shooting again 👍 That was some display. I heard the pilot was 6ft 1in when he took off, but only 3ft 2in when he landed.
At 2:45 the stability going backward is amazing! First rate camera work, BTW!
I had the privilege of seeing an incredible display of F22 at the Avalon Airshow (Melbourne Australia) some years ago now. An experience I will never forget and one I talk about regularly to this day. What a machine!
c'mon man this is absolutely insane what these 5th generation fighter jets can do, it defies logic! I'm curious of what the 6th generation fighters are going to be capable of.
Will be flown by pilot's on the ground so they can build them to take tremendous g forces on planes frame and not effect the pilot.

A lot more, they’ll be drones🔥🔥🔥🔥
Growing up an Air Force brat in the 70's and 80's I wondered what would come along in the US air arsenal that would outperform and outmaneuver the F-16 and F-15. The F-22 does this and then sum!! That pilot makes that thing "dance" in the air like no one's business! CRAZY! Makes me proud to be an American!!
What an incredible machine and what incredible pilots they are ❤️🖖🏼
That is some sick maneuvering from a well seasoned pilot. Kudos to him for such awesome flying skills!!!
Okay, so now think about this, these guys are performing for the crowd, imagine what this thing can do in a real gunfight 👀
Unbelievable and the skills of this pilot are incredible, asking what is my favorite 🤩 well I must watch this at least twice, loved every moment ❤❤❤
Some pretty good flying skills right there 👍👍👍
My mouth fell open! Amazing filming and flying!
Simply the best to date, what a performance!
I saw the Raptor at the AC Airshow, but this pilot seems a lot more aggressive with the way he slides into turns. Nice video.
I was stationed at RAF Mildenhall 84-86 Some really good air shows. 😃
Wow, just incredible skill and awesome engineering. !
The video techniques capturing this are very impressive. Thank you.
Man I wish they'd come back to RIAT again soon.. unreal display.
