My name is Chris Timm. I Owned and ran an MSP (Managed Service Provider) business, which I sold in 2012. I then went on to work for Autotask (Now Datto) until 2017, when I then started out as an independent consultant for the MSP Space specialising in helping MSPs to get the best out of Autotask.
