• 4 tbsp (40 g) cornstarch
• 4 tbsp (30 g) cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 cups (480 ml) milk
• 4 tbsp (60 ml) whipping cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• White chocolate to decorate (optional)
