    This is a fantastic feature! Finally, it's here!
    However, there are two issues that need addressing:
    1. The "Unsubscribe from all" field is not editable. I understand the reasoning behind this decision-to prevent users from entering misleading information. However, this limitation renders the feature unusable for international companies, as we cannot translate the essential text into our respective languages. Here are two potential solutions:
    a. Trust your users and allow them to edit this field, making it the simplest and most flexible option.
    b. If controlling the text is a priority, translate it into all possible languages and let users select the appropriate language when creating the form.
    2. The button on the confirmation message page is also not editable. This seems like an oversight, as the form button is editable but not the confirmation page button. This issue can be easily fixed, allowing users to edit the text.
    I hope these issues will be addressed promptly, as they currently hinder the usability of this much-needed feature.

    Hi there! When first being onboarded to ActiveCampaign, there was a strong recommendation across the board to keep to one list, and then within that, to use tags/fields/etc.
    My understanding is also that any contacts who are a part of multiple lists do not get counted as one contact. It seems that this would be helpful if you did organize by lists, but unless things have changed, that feels sub-optimal for a few reasons. I use the Preferences option that contains checkboxes to understand preferences within my one list. It would be most helpful if that, when someone goes to update their preferences, they can understand the boxes they already have checked. Right now, it defaults to either all boxes being checked or not being checked, even if that isn't true for that contact. Is there work being done on that update? Would be huge for us. Thank you!

      As an ActiveCampaign App Partner, we offer the functionality you mentioned, where users can clearly see what they're subscribed to and what they aren't. Additionally, you can create lists within our system, link them with tags, and include those lists in your preference center.       What I have seen that the preference center reflects the current subscribed lists. Your customers can select and unselect lists on the fly. My suggestion as a certified Consultant to have 3 lists, a client list, lead list and one for newsletter. This is easer to manage. In the preference center you can give the lists a description for for the usage of that list. A unique mailaddress is always counted as one contact no matter how many lists are subscribed to.

      Agree with this. I don't want to suddenly have to manage a bunch of new lists.
      I wonder if anyone is doing this with Tags instead of lists, where preference center/form would update Tags, and then specify which Tags to send to when sending a campaign. hmm

      @@noizwav Very interesting, our platform can do this. So if a user unsubscribes the tag will be removed and if they susbcribe the tag will be added!
