When I'm facilitating an impact x effort scale for more than 3 people instead of asking if the post it needs to go up/down/right/left, I usually ask each one of the participants to make a dot on the scale where they think it's the best place the solution should be, then I link every single dot and just put the post-it on the middle. It's way faster and there is definitely no room for discussion. People love it.
Thank you so much, Brittni (&AJ&Smart) for expanding on Kitt's video. The best part is the quadrants in the effort/impact scale. Keep up the great work!
Using it for years, but this gave me another take on it. So thank you guys for bringing it up again. The content you guys put out is just so helpful for my daily work. Love it
I like your energy so much. Could you tell me how to use it in Design Sprint context? You propose that exercise for Tuesday in DS 2.0. Should we remove some ideas/sketches from the board if they seem too expensive and with poor impact?
I love this! I use something similar but not with the categories you suggest, I'll be tweaking my approach from now on. Keep on sharing the great content!
Great explanatory video on the Eisenhower Matrix. Being able to categorize your daily and weekly tasks into these four quadrants is a challenge and arguably the fundamental and most complex skill for utilizing this decision matrix. Do you use a specific tool or app to utitilize the framework? I recently wrote a blog article on how to increase efficiency via task prioritization - zenkit.com/en/blog/eisenhower-matrix-increasing-efficiency-via-task-prioritization/ , worth a read if you were after best practice tips, advantages and disadvantages, and an introduction to a tool (Zenkit) you can use with the Eisenhower Matrix. Feedback is also greatly appreciated.
I work fresh market retail. Don't know how this helps lol those lists and sticky notes take alotta wasted time. I work the whole fresh market by myself btw every day
No offence but the way she smiles and every expression of her makes this video seem like a parody. Like I was honestly expecting her to say right after "because it's all gonna be ok..." "....probably not" lmao. All jokes aside, love the video
This channel is a hidden gem! Just wanted you to know that your ad playing before another video got me to you. And I'm glad it did!
Cool!! Thanks Rafael!

Thank you for the video! I regularly use action priority matrix from someka. It really is helpful and relieves stress.
Solid and systematic. I like it! Thanks for posting!
Loved the idea. I will give it a try today.

Yes! With the effort impact you want to pick the most impactful situation with the lowest effort from the table. Does that help at all?
Interesting presentation. At no moment did I loose interest. I think you charm got me. Thanks for the work. Keep it up.
I love her expressions
very helpful! added value right there. Like your energy!
Thanks Eduware!
Thank you
Like! Still trying to understand that quadrant that Lego labels "tasks" -- low impact, easy - do they ever get done?
I love this! I use something similar but not with the categories you suggest, I'll be tweaking my approach from now on. Keep on sharing the great content!
Nice! Thanks for watching!!
Why do you think this is better than Eisenhower Matrix?
It's the priority matrix!
Just seen 20 seconds of the video and fell in love
I am implementing this at work now
So glad to hear this Andy!!
Is there any difference doing this digitally? Not sure of any tools but somehow can be made through Trello.
Hey Edzel, Trello could work well for this purpose digitally, great point!
Very helpful ! Thank you :)
Thanks Poundra!
I have list of tasks but how to gage which goes to which quadrant?
Use the two axis to make that decision
how can you weigh which tasks goes to which axis?
Guess roughly how much effort & impact they will take
amazing strategy.
Too good Brit!
Thaaaaaanks Rich!!
Why post it notes as opposed to a notepad with an ongoing checklist?
easy to move

Please use a DeEsser on Brittni's voice, so that it won't hurt our ears.
I'm sorry that my voice hurts your ears Vinayak ;( It's just all the excitement for that darn effort/impact scale!!
