Um yes!! I would love to see more faith content! I am trying to find people to watch that talk about God and christianity! It helps me focus on him and find me peace. Thank you Carrie🩷🩷
@@CarrieWalker Hi, happy new year, by the way, I'm just pointing out the fact that I'm not a christian, but I'm not saying you shouldn't post any more faith content❤. You're amazing, always remember that :D
I honestly like your faith content even though I'm atheist because I always had a very negative view of christianity and your videos have shown me a whole other side of the faith, a side that is full of kindness and goodness. I can now see how it can bring so much joy, strenght and peace to people. I feel like your content has made me into a more kind and respectful person (who is also finally consistent with journaling) and I'm very grateful for it!✨️🌻
I love this and I'm sorry that your experience of Christianity has been negative. I apologize on behalf of any Christians or the church who may have hurt you and made you see Christianity this way, Christianity is supposed to be full of kindness, love, and goodness, and I'm sorry that you haven't seen it that way for whatever reason. God bless you and also congrats on staying consistent with journaling!❤
I haven’t read my Bible in many months tbh and I do feel really disconnected from the Lord. Seeing your faith content always inspires me, and makes me feel less lost in my faith. I grew up more religious but didn’t start getting back into my faith till this last year.
As someone who does daily Bible reading, and not wanting it to become a "check the box thing"... I've found that the more often I do it, the more God brings my heart closer to Him, making me long to read His Word. Just asking that He change my heart to want to know Him more, because that's ultimately what reading the Bible is about... falling more in love with who God is every day. Learning how I can serve Him better, how to die to self and live for His glory, how to love Him out of gratitude for His sacrifice to us. (That said, sometimes having that "check box" is good to start with, for accountability. But that's also why being in a study with other Christians is important too. Holding each other up, keeping accountable, and giving new perspectives on sections you're reading creates such community in our walk with Christ.)
Hi Carrie💕 ✨ I have been watching you since the beginning of 2022, and I'm so grateful for the way you've inspired me to pick up a journal. Thanks to you, I’ve been journaling every day for almost three years (as of January 4th), and I couldn't feel more blessed. Journaling has made me realize how beautiful life is and how important it is to slow down and take time for yourself. 🌟 💭 I feel like I gain more and more wisdom as every day goes by, simply because I get to write my thoughts down consistently. This practice has brought clarity and growth into my life in ways I never imagined. ❤ I could truly not describe my gratitude toward journaling in words, and that is why I'm writing this-just so you know how much I really appreciate what you do. 🌌 🌸 I’m so happy that you continue to spread this message through everything you create. It truly makes my day every time you upload a new video. I wish you great luck in the upcoming year, and may bliss and blessings come your way. 💗🖊📖
I’ve been raised going to ⛪️ but I just felt like I needed a boyfriend,I just felt like I wasn’t enough without one ,I think some of it was that I felt abandoned when my parents divorced & some of that was I was jealous of my brother’s girlfriend,it turns out god wants me to build an identity & accomplish things on my own
God bless you. I really hope and pray you have a wonderful 2025 .And hope we can all grow closer to God.As a 12 year old going to grade 8 next year it can be hard to avoid peer pressure especially since most of my classmates do drugs and cocaine. But l always remind myself to focus on Christ and not do what their doing.(also interested in more faith content)
hi carrie!! i first came across your channel a couple years ago and i just recently rediscovered it and now im subscribed and here to stayyyy!! but i just wanted to say that journaling played a BIG part in me being saved and growing my relationship with Christ and seeing you on here - an amazing christian journalist - inspires me so much! thank you!!💗💗
Today you were heavy on my heart, I don’t know what it was. But while you were there I took the time to pray for you. I was thinking I hadn’t seen your videos in quite a while - I went looking and I wasn’t even subscribed anymore. I know I didn’t do that all on my own. You are such a light in my life and the reason I started daily journaling. Bless you!
Oh wow, this is such a touching comment… What an incredible and sweet reminder that the Lord sees me on a day like today. I am so grateful that He used you to do that, and I’m grateful that you were obedient to that urge. It truly means more than you know❤️❤️❤️ May God bless you abundantly!!! :)
I had never written in my Bible or highlighted it until God challenged me on that 8 years ago, even then it was minimal what i would write. Then 4 years on my first time doing a Bible in a year plan, I made lits of brief notes. From then on it has grown and grown, and I love how i learn from the notes ive previous taken. Some parts have more notes than other, some parts have a layout paper added in. My perfectionist tendencies are being broken bit by bit, by God in His word. Up until now I have only used pencil in my Bible, with a few highlighted exceptions. This year i feel i am being asked to make notes in pen, it's a big one for me. Just to encourage you that perfectionism is broken in a big way all at once, it's a process of steps. Listen to what the Lord is leading you to do and do that one thing consistenly. I love my Bible now, it is my home.
Hi Carrie how are you, I hope you had an amazing Christmas! Also thank you for talking about Christianity as at the moment I’m finding a bit harder than usual to find time for our amazing Godsnd you really help me on my journey to speak to him❤
First of all, your Bible is stunning! I keep track of how I read my Bible by making monthly trackers where I write down what passage of the Bible I read that day so I can look back and see what I read in what time of my life. I think for your Bible tracker bookmark you should use a different color each month! Also we need a New Year's resolutions video Carrie!! Have a great week!
You are my best inspiration when it comes to journaling and the biggest reason i broke free from being pefect in my entrys. Love having your videos in the background while i journal.
Oh my gosh!!!! Carrie , I'm only seeing this video now but girly , I've been waiting for this moment forever, I would love for you to post more christian content please ....... 💖💖💖 Also you're so underrated and ur such an inspiration to me.
I understand so well with the perfectionism with highlighting in the bible. When I was struggling with this the most I grabbed one of my kids bibles that wasn't the greatest shape ( you could go to a Thrift store if you want a "worse off bible") but I allowed myself just to go kind of crazy with highlighting and notes and eventually my Bible is falling all apart but it really helped free me from perfection. I now love that bible more than anything in the world because it's so raw and real. Maybe you could try that to help 😊 With that too you could even write the better noted and highlighting that you like in your "good" bible.
Hey Carrie, I love your videos and in the past years have really loved your new years themed videos, especially the ones where you set up your goals for the new year and the ones where you review the past year, are you going to be making any more new years themed content? Thanks for being my favorite UA-camr that always has such good content that is overall just really nice to watch. God bless and hope that you have a faith filled 2025.
Carrie you can do this i believe in you and I will pray for you to continue this journey and thank you for everything you got me to start Journaling amen
happy new year carrie! some suggestions i would give is to go to church with your bible and journal and jot down notes i use a bible journal (wich you already have) and i can’t wait to see you in 2025! since i journal in pen i would mistakenly write down the wrong date Happy journaling! and a new yearr!!
Love the faith-related content. :o) The Bible Recap is an awesome chronological reading plan that I recommend to anyone looking to develop a daily habit.
I'll try to get back into Torah study in 2025. I'll get my bullet journal out from this year to make sure I'm reading the correct portion for that week. Now I have to pick out the color for each week. I do put the Hebrew date along with the regular date in my journal. I do listen to one of the subscribers who does a weekly Torah portion reading each week to make sure that I at least can read through and follow along with the reading. I'll start to read through the Ten Minutes Of Torah email I get from the Reform branch of Judaism that I belong to. I also should start reading through the D'var Torah sent in the weekly email from my shul each week. That is going to be one of my big goals in 2025.
EVERYONE THE QUEEN CAREY POSTEDDDDDDDDS!! I love pens and my amazon cart is full of pens and notebooks to the point where it costs $500+…… help!!! i wish i could have them all!!
Hi Carrie! I love your videos so much and you are such an inspiration! I love that you are growing with God and are bold enough to share that with thousands of people! I love when you vlog or talk about Bible . Seeing you reading Bible gives me motivation to study Quran more . Please sister make such videos or vlogs more ❤️
Hi Carrie!! I just wanted to let you know that your're my favourite youtuber without a single doubt whatsoever!!❤❤ Can I still send any diary entries that are cringe and/or juicy? Please let me know!❤❤
Carrie, Buy two bibles of the same edition. Read one and don't worry if the notes are perfect. Then highlight the second bible to make it perfect for future reference. What I have found is that I can re-read a passage in the bible years later, and have it seem to mean something different to me than it did earlier. You live learn and grow and so will your interpretation of the bible as you apply it to your own life. There is a lot to be said for having a bible that is "lived in" as you call. There likely is no perfect way to do this.
