When you say start with your right knee bent and heel up you are using your left so my question is - are you telling us correctly and showing us a mirror image like a fitness instructor does in a class? I just can't see your legs or feet when you do it with the mirror. And very nice singing also. Thank you for posting 💗

I'll record another one soon with my whole body showing, and with my feet. Thank you for pointing those things out, it helps me be more clear on my future instructional videos. I do see some places where I can improve.
