It’s a fine sonar lol. It’s a pure damage/gunboat version of Jutland/lightning, so it makes sense to make the sonar a bit weaker. The fact it gets a sonar at all still is awesome, and it’s not that much worse range wise than Daring/Jutland. It’ll be a really fun damage farmer and cap contester
I'm looking forward to playing all of these new skiffs. I noticed many games with crossplay off have CV'S in them. It's easy pickings for them because they have less AA to deal with.

I like British destroyers, it's where I cut my teeth but, I dunno Ronmeister? This seems a bit weak and requires a lot of modified playstyle getting this to work. I will probably rent it and try it... seeing is believing. Great video thanks for the look.
I mean, as long as you’re getting wide angle or broadside targets, you’ll have some of the highest dpm for destroyers. Combined with a huge HP pool and heals, you’re pretty menacing.
I don't mind it. If it mixes up the game play, it is good for me. There are far more frustrating issues in this game, like dd players who sit at the back of the map spamming torps while the rest of the team is left blind...
they may allow players to turn off cross-play. but they could allow us to deny being drawn into those matches. I had a t8/LT match rigged because of a french clan. 4 *** played with 2 divs of 2 and turned off crossplay. They ended up in 2 different teams. I had 2 cruisers on my team, their friends had 2 dd's for the reds. my teammates rushed through the middle on 2 brothers and died as soon as they got out of the valley ... its fun to instantly be down 2 ships. It was 5-8 players per team, I cant remember. we won a very close match and none of those 4 got good exp 🤣
I don't know why there is the crossplay switch at all. Asymmetric battles seem to be getting more common as well. Surely, there are enough players to balance the teams with the same number of ships of each type on opposing teams. It is the first week and 10% of my games have either mismatch ship balance or one side with all of the divs. It makes me wonder if they have been playing with the matchmaker to try and balance something else.
From what I hear, Sony requires the crossplay to be toggled off but there are other options to not ruin the game for everyone else. -only match people that have the setting turned on, make em wait, f@&$ em -have a setting inside the settings, that most people won’t realize is there, that blocks getting matched with anything less than 9v9 -remove it for Xbox players (all that matters to me)
This boat is pretty bad and needs a buff. It has the same AP DPM as Friesland, but a tier higher. They should fix the arming threshold of the AP so that it can arm on broadside destroyers, otherwise the ship just has too many drawbacks for little benefit over many of the other gunboats at the tier.

Don't turn off crossplay. Play Arcade instead. 5v5, ten minute game, lots of fun.
