Onan 5500 RV Generator Oil Change + Filters (Step-by-Step)

I wasn't sure if it was easy to change the oil & filters in my Class A RV generator. Luckily, it was! Here's a complete step-by-step on all 3.

Our Class A RV has a Cummings Onan 5500 generator. Generator oil and oil filters need to be change after 20 hours of use the 1st time you do it and then every 150 hours of use. Air filters can be changed every 150 hours or as needed.
Always check your oil levels and top off as needed after every 8 hours of use.

Nice video. Voice is very easy and calm to listen and watch your video. I would however recommend running the generator to heat up the unit even if 70 outside as it will get more oil out and faster flow even at 70. Nice video.
