I bought a whole set of cake decorating tools and have no clue how to use it, as it didn't come with instructions, it so happens this is one of the tools. So now I know how to use it. Thank.you very much for spending time with us
beautiful rose, I must try that, thank you. Am I the only one who is hearing what sounds like a cat purring in this video!!?? hope it wasn't near the paste!!!
Hi Hazel. I don't like cats so non were around when I made this. My work kitchen is separate from the rest of my home, so I'm not sure what you're hearing :-) x
I have tried these and was there for 45 minutes making the most funky roses ever. because the very first video I saw these on laid them just on the table flat and rolled. Thank you so much for showing us this way better Technique. Oh if you were here right now I would give you the biggest thank you hug ever 😊

Nice video 😊 Thank you for showing it. Must bye and try my self. If you sett your camera to manuel focus, you wil get rid of the sound in the background...... As your camera try to find focus all the time. Sett focus in manuel and the record 😊 not on automatic.
Thank you for putting this video up for people like me who has never tried it before. It's such a easy way how you are explaining it all as I only tried it today and watched loads of videos that I could not follow. Now after seeing your video I managed to make some beautiful roses and I'm enjoying it. Thank you once again.xx

Thank you! I bought Wilton fondant for modelling but it was too wet so I added in some icing sugar.. now it is just cracking when I role it out thin.. What should I use instead? Thank you!
Chloe Byrne Hi Chloe. I wouldn't advise adding icing sugar but if you do and it goes too dry add a little trex or shortening which will give it back it's elasticaty x
Chloe Byrne I would also advise adding CMC or tylos to your fondant when using it for modelling or you can buy modelling flower paste from tescos and other superstores x
Did you use gum paste or fondant to make this rose. I am totally new to this and watching all the videos I can to learn. Which is the best to use?
Thank you so much for your demonstration. I received the cutters with other decorating items, but there were no instructions. I can try it now

Thank you so much for teaching us how to use it! I just ordered one of these tools :)
Do I hear a cat purring ?
Such a good explanation, thanks! Like you suggested, I was trying to use it without standing the bloom up, and they were NOT coming out cute!
It's lovely to see how you do it however for a tutorial a different colour should be used as one cannot see very clearly what you do.
Is this mix of gumpaste and fondant or just gumpaste? If we need to mix, what should be the ratio?

Hi! Is there a happy cat purring near the camera?
Do you recommend using 100% flower paste or add 50% fondant to the flower paste?
You can use either but if you need them to dry really quickly then just use flower paste x
Thank you
