Thanks man. I run through a camp Many many many times lol, learning the enemies patterns, figuring out a path, should I kill him this way or that way, etc. Then once I've figured it out I start recording and try to get a good run.

Yes on a new game playthrough once you finish the last tale (tale of Lord Shimura), you can replay the duels and mongol camps. But on new game+ I believe you don't have to do that
Its a charm called nekoma's hunt, you can get it from Iki island by completing cat sanctuaries. Completing 1 sanctuary gives you the charm and completing the others increases the range of the kunai all the way to 25m.
Unfortunately once you upgrade the tanto the animations change and can't be changed to one you prefer. So I just have 2 different game saves, one where it's fully upgraded and one where I've only upgraded it once
for assassination animations upgrading your tanto changes the animations and makes it quieter. I usually just upgrade the tanto once because i like the animations.
