This is so true! I was already pretty recovered when I adopted my cats, but they helped give me something in my life besides running that I really cared about. I could really see my own growth when I woke up planning to do a workout but then changed my mind because my cats had decided to be super snuggly.

i got my puppy after competing. While she was stressful at first, she def distracted me from missing the gym and tracking my food. animals are so important

Hi Jill! I loved this video and love hearing u talk about this topic! Also, update on me hehe! Still no period, went to doctors, they’re gonna check all my hormones to see what’s up! Hopefully I’ll know by the middle of April ☺️ the doctor told me to eat more healthy fats so that’s what I’m doing rn. Also working out a bit less...!
