Yes another comment lol. I had ridde. Quite a few bikes like you. 300 two stroke carbed and FI. The bike I was able to tractor through the best, for me, was a FI yamaha xt250. The only thing it couldn't handle was deep sand hills and stuff like that. I never did hard enduro stuff like 5 miles of hell. But I did single track with it and stuff like the other you showed in your video. I didn't need the power to go the same places with guys who had better bikes with the same or less experienced riders did on actual dirt bikes. The suspension wasn't as good, but I could still manage. For four strokes FI is the best over carbs. I found it stalled very little once I learned how to ride offroad, compared to the bikes I got after.
I agree on the KLX, it will do 95% of KTM 2 stroke stuff at the fraction of the price and maintenance cost. Great suspension for the $$$. Buy a fuel controller and a pipe and you are even closer to a KTM.
@@TheAnnoyingBossI agree that if a bike needs many mods it’s time to think about a different platform. But a fuel controller and pipe are light mods. I’ve put thousands of single track miles on my KLX with zero problems. To be honest though, I’ve ridden plenty of KTM’s and even with mods the KLX isn’t in the same category. But it’s mega reliable, cheap and good enough for me. Virtually no wrench time…more ride time👍
Why? The CRF is supposed to have better low end grunt than the KLX, a better gearbox with slipper clutch, an easier pull clutch, better cockpit, and smoother vibration motor than the KLX.
Because he owns a few KLX. and just using footage while doing voiceovers...i guess this time using AI. Same concept gamers put footage and talk about the news or something

Are you ok? Or did voice recording didn't work out?

If you modify it you kill reliability you shoulda bought a bigger bike then

I am the same kind of rider, although i like cross country style better than hard enduro.
I've got the 24 klx 300, and my only complaint is the gap between 1st and 2nd gears.
I currently ride a crf300l. I’m 60 and enjoy exploring but thinking of switching to the klx.

I’ve had extensive time on each. The Honda is trash, the klx is better and it’s not even close
Do you think it is a better dual sport than the CRF300l?
Yes
Yes
