big question - does Pinterest cancel you for direct links to your books?

According to my research conversions from Pinterest to website like 0,11% which is super low You need like millions of views just to make a few sales

What about pinterest ads?I found the ads really cheap but not really converting for me at least
I have heard a lot of conflicting opinions on these. I will not be trying them until I am more comfortable with Pinterest, but is something I would possibly consider down the road.
I also found out that they not converting, have a feeling that their targeting dosen’t work well
