    Much gratitude for all the great advice. I have been struggling with social media. I am excited to start my author journey.
    I look forward to checking out your website. Again much gratitude for sharing and helping author like me get started and feeling confident.

    What if you sell different niche books, like no content books. I see journals, logbooks, notebooks and etc. What type of boards would I create?

    Thank you. I am not a FB or IG or Twitter fan, so knowing how to use this option (which feels more like my target market anyway) is so useful.

      BTW: Pinfinite Growth appears to no longer be available. None of their links to the course work.

    I know this is an older video the algorithm suggested it and I have found it so helpful. Can someone share what it is suggested to start advertising to play around with to begin? Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for this! I have an online art store where I've pinned products to Pinterest. However, I've just created a short visual story that I want to sell - Would you recommend a separate site to promote it or the same site I have... even though the content is unrelated??

      Hey there! We like to keep things stress-free and simple. So, if we were you, we'd probably have one Pinterest account with two different "types" of boards. Much easier to manage :)

    Hey ladies thank you for the great info! I do have a question that I hope you can help me with. As a middle grade fantasy author there are not many -how to- or -lists- that I could pin like you suggested that would lead to my books. What suggestions would you have for authors that are not in the self help genre? Thank you 🌸

    • @evergreenauthors9479
      @evergreenauthors9479  2 роки тому +1

      So glad you found the video helpful! For you, we'd suggest thinking of other YA authors as well as YA resources as potential content for Pinterest. You could have a board for beautiful book covers, writing resources for young adults and adults writing YA, boards highlighting artists you are inspired by, or simply "YA Books to Read" that would be lists curated by other authors or bloggers. As far as your own website goes, just one post of your favorite YA books of all time could be a beautiful, evergreen pin for you that you could continually boost to lead people to your site.

    • @evergreenauthors9479
      @evergreenauthors9479  3 роки тому +1

      Hi Jessica, so glad you found this helpful! And yes, you absolutely can use Pinterest without Tailwind. Tailwind is totally optional! We just find that it's beneficial for those of us who pin and re-pin all the time.

    • @jessicaadamsot
      @jessicaadamsot 3 роки тому

      @@evergreenauthors9479 Okay, thanks! I know you said not to delete old pins, but what about the pins that are not evergreen? Such as a limited time free download of a book that is no longer free but the picture clearly states "free download" or something like that so I can't change the description to make it evergreen. Should I delete those?

    • @evergreenauthors9479
      @evergreenauthors9479  3 роки тому +1

      @@jessicaadamsot We always suggest only pinning things that are evergreen. Pinterest really isn't a great platform for time-sensitive things. So yes, if you have pins that are no long relevant, you'll want to delete those :)
