Hi Dave. I was the nominator for Bent Knee, so thanks for giving them a listen and glad you liked it. This track is 4/4, but in triplets (notes divided into three), except for the odd burst of what I believe is standard 4/4 where the notes divide into four (I could be wrong). The main actress in the video is not the singer, Courtney Swain, though the other dinner guests are all members of the band. Some other tracks I'd recommend are Way Too Long, Being Human and Counsellor. All of which showcase Bent Knee's original sound and Courtney's dynamic vocal style. They also did a truly psychotic version of (You Are My) Sunshine.
The verses feel like they're entirely based around a 3:2 polyrhythm that turns 4/4 during choruses and... whatver it's doing during those psychadelic transition segments, haha
Bent Knee is just awesome! They're going on tour later this year! Go see them live. They're even better live.

Well, they certainly aren't shy about making it complex, are they! I'm looking forward to hearing more of their stuff! Thanks for watching!
It's like a 3:2, then 5:4, with the 5 and the 3 being the same tempo.
