We have several pronunciations in Spain, according to the region but I guess it is the same in Britain. But it I have to choose I prefer how they speak in many countries in America: it sounds more musically.
You Spaniards do speak rather fast! But no faster than other countries I don’t think! I’m northern English so my accent differs a lot from what you see in films and online (google potteries dialect, I’m not as strong as some of the examples though!) What I particularly like about the Spanish accent and speaking that was is, for me, words like mismo, almorzar using your ‘seseo’ or ‘ceceo’ which ever one is the ‘lisp’ I find a lot easier to pronounce words with that at times! I also prefer to use the harder js and gs and pronounce yo as yo rather than some ‘yjos’ in some other counties Viva España
