You can and you will fall asleep every night after watching this video and implementing what I say. You will most probably sleep very well already tonight. I shatter the myth about insomnia and explain how everyone can sleep every night. Watch: • ONE-DAY INSOMNIA CURE ...
Insomnia, or sleeplessness, is a sleep disorder in which there is an inability to fall asleep or to stay asleep as long as desired. While the term is sometimes used to describe a disorder demonstrated by polysomnographic or actigraphic evidence of disturbed sleep, this sleep disorder is often practically defined as a positive response to either of two questions: "Do you experience difficulty sleeping?" or "Do you have difficulty falling or staying asleep?"
"My mission is to be a great thinker and Jedi Master (mind power person) inspiring people and showing them a better way in life, so they can create more freedom, joy and happiness. I do it by continually researching knowledge and wisdom available, and by practicing what I have learnt. I integrate and synthesise what I learn and experience, and then I teach to others the best methods and procedure to achieve the desired outcomes. I teach it via videos, presentations and 1 to 1 interactions. I figure out how to serve people most efficiently and effectively in the shortest period of time."

This must be one of the most amazing videos I’ve ever experienced. I literally have been going to bed every morning at 7 am for months after I get off work at 11pm. After watching this video I went home after work and fell asleep right at 12am and woke up at 8am with no interruptions. Simply a blessing! This is simply a miracle! Thanks so much!

I discovered this sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* truly effective. I have endured sleeping disorders all of my like, seriously, since infancy, have utilized various medications, but this plan is the most efficient tool I have found for smashing the cycle of sleeping disorders. I did everything this guideline suggests and sleep better than I ever have.?

There are several tips for ways to treat insomnia
Try to lessen the noise around you
      Stay as relaxed as possible
Keep with the same sleeping times every night
(I discovered these and why they work on Hartlyn Sleep System website )

L-Theanine really helps too! It's a green tea extract. Must be taken on a empty stomach otherwise it won't work. NO SIDE EFFECTS, NOT ADDICTIVE.
Lasts for 6 hrs. Stops brain chatter within 20-30 min. Don't buy any brand that uses fillers. Here in Canada, I buy it from Organika (with a k). Check out their ingredients to get an idea of what's in it & look for a comparable brand in your country. You will be in Zen mode. Totally balanced. Yes, you can operate machinery bcos there's no groggy side effects. This is a Amazing natural products. Most doctors and hospital staff know about this product.
I take it around 10 pm and it helps me to relax enough to go to sleep by midnight. Check it out.

@wulfgar3000 - What??? Did you bother to do your own homework?
L-theanine is a compound that occurs naturally in green tea and black tea, and it is also available in supplement form.
A combination of green tea extract and
l-theanine improves memory and attention in subjects with mild cognitive impairment: a double-blind placebo-controlled study. ..

watched this last night (I actually fell asleep after this video) don’t worry if you don’t fall asleep immediately after watching it, you need a lot of time to relax and dwell on the fact that we can all sleep. You also have to convince yourself that even if you won’t sleep, it’s not going to affect you in the morning

Ladies, if we have low progesterone or hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, if you have nerve or body tingling, or tinnitus, these all will affect your ability to sleep. He’s talking to people who have no medical issues or don’t take meds that have a side effect of insomnia. I’ve been on Ambien for all of these and just believing these issues will go away so we can sleep will not happen.

Dear Princess Eli ~ I started taking magnesium oil a couple of weeks ago and I can already tell it's helping me to sleep. I usually take it in the morning with coffee because it tastes so salty that it's hard to get down. The way I do it is to take a half teaspoon of the magnesium oil and pour it into my empty coffee cup, then I add about two tablespoons of hot coffee and gulp it down. Then I quickly pour in another couple of tablespoons of coffee and swirl it around (to get the remaining residues of the mag oil off the sides of the cup) and gulp it down. Then I pour myself a full cup of coffee.
However I've read some reports that say it's good to take ionic mineral drops instead of taking the straight magnesium oil because taking only the magnesium can cause you to become deficient in other minerals. Also, that it's bad to take any vitamins or pills of any kind that contain Magnesium Stearate, Calcium Stearate, Vegetable Stearate, or Stearic Acid, because those chemicals inhibit T-cell production in your system (T-cells are one of the most important ingredients in your immune system), and that can mess with your sleep.
Anyway, I've started talking the ionic mineral drops instead of the straight magnesium oil (the mineral drops taste just as bad as the mag oil because most of it IS mag oil). I hope this helps.

      + young star 86
I just turned 70 years old and I've been having this problem for years of being able to go to sleep and sleep soundly for two or three hours and then wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. I tried nearly all the natural cures for insomnia and none of them worked very well, if at all. Passion flower is supposed to be one of the most popular but it does the opposite to me (wakes me right up). My wifi router is next to my bed and I thought that it might be a negative so far as my sleep is concerned, but I was having this insomnia problem for years before I got the wifi router (which was about five months ago) so I don't think it made any difference. But you could try sleeping in another room for awhile to see if it makes any difference.
One thing I've noticed is that eating a heavy and/or fatty meal after 7:00 is a bad idea as when I wake up at 2:00 of 3:00 in the morning I feel hot and sweaty and full of energy and absolutely can't go back to sleep for the rest of the night. When that happens and I keep trying to go back to sleep and finally realize I'm not going to be able to, I'll get up and make coffee (usually at around 4:00-4:30) and stay up for the rest of the night. I've noticed also that if I drink tea like Lipton's or green tea after 3:00 in the afternoon I won't be able to go to sleep at all until the middle of the night. Coffee doesn't affect me that way. I can drink coffee in the late evening and still be able to go to sleep at around 11:00 or 12:00. I've noticed also that if I take a nap during the day that I won't be able to fall asleep until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning.
Melatonin works for me for awhile, maybe a month, then it quits working. Tryptophan does pretty much the same, it works for awhile then quits working. Sleeping pills work every time but they make me feel so shitty the next day that I never take them. Tylenol PM works ok but is pure poison to the human liver so I never take it anymore either. Sleeptime tea works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. You can get it at most big grocery stores and healthfood stores.
Vitacost.com (an online healthfood store) sells sleep aid blends of all kinds so maybe you could try one and see how it does, then if it doesn't work try another, and so on. I sympathize with you and I hope you can find a solution to your insomnia problem. If you do please post it to me here.

The best cure for insomnia I have found is called sleep restriction. You basically just have a set time you are allowed to be in bed, and the set time or you have to get out of bed.
Even if you didn't sleep a wink you have to get up and the aim is to get yourself so tired that when you laydown you fall asleep.

I started suffering sleep problems about 2 months ago and it keeps getting worse and worse. It all started when I moved to a new apartment and have neighbors who are loud all the time, in the night times too. I've somehow developed crazy stress about any noises at night and that keeps me from sleeping. I started therapy and got some sleeping pills which do help a bit but I don't want to develop dependency on drugs. I just can't relax anymore, this is really eating my strength and wellbeing.

Can you play white noise or get those lawn mower ear things....at Home Depot they will block out a LOT of noise. I used to use them at times, but now i'm in the country and it's TOO quiet. I would trade ya in a heart beat. When i was 12 we lived above a bar that had a loud band 4 nites a week and all nite i could not sleep - i laid in bed wide awake listening to the music. At 4 a.m. they stopped and i fell asleep at 5, but was too tired to get up for school,, so i would sneak off and sleep in the attic all day and "come home" for lunch and back in the attic. I used to write my own excuses. This was back in 1960 so it was easy back then. Later on when i went to college i got up early, but when a bit older i worked in a bar late at nite and so i was up all nite again, and still i can't get out of the late hour habit.

I think he is right about re setting our clock. Staying awake long enough and then going to bed earlier. It would work for some people , but not all, as some like me keep waking up every 2 hrs. I know cuz i check the time when i wake up. I have to be somewhere at 9 in the morning tomorrow and i don't even get to sleep until 6....so i'm gonna force myself to lay down at 9pm tonite...at least lay there and rest and listen to the radio i guess. A friend has to call to wake me up. I will be dragging my ass. I envy people who go to sleep tat 11 pm and up at 6. Many yrs ago when i worked late in the bars i would go to sleep at 6 in the morning, sleep 6 hrs straight, wake up at noon and be fine, but if you keep waking up every 2 hrs then you are tired and lay in bed longer and yeah it ruins the whole day. I always make my doc and dentist appts real late in the afternoon. I lie and tell people i "work" in the morning. Guess i'm embarrased that i'm not "normal".

I have a weird but awesome tip for breaking Insomnia, you can try it anyway, but it will work best if you have sometimes fallen asleep fully clothed in bed because you were so tired. There are 2 reasons going to bed fully dressed (shoes optional) works, one is that it creates distinction from your recent failed attempts to sleep (it basically resets "sleep hygiene") and secondly (of course) it reminds your body/subconscious/unconscious of how you felt when you were too tired to even get undressed. I just had the urge to do this one night, and I didn't understand the urge, but then I got sleep (I didn't fall asleep instantly but still did tons better, and slept longer and deeper) and by morning I realized why it worked. You could try variations, if you normally sleep in PJ's, go naked or vise versa, or you could sleep on top of the bed, or in an unusual place just to break the pattern, once you have a week of getting to sleep you can start going to bed with fewer clothes on till you are back to sleeping in whatever you normally sleep in. other tip, don't have a bed time if you can help it, just do stuff till you want to go to bed because you are tired, trying to get to sleep/bed early because I think I "should" is the worst thing for insomnia, also try taking Magnesium, Potassium or maybe an electrolyte drink. But the first tip is the winner honestly!
