You can and you will fall asleep every night after watching this video and implementing what I say. You will most probably sleep very well already tonight. I shatter the myth about insomnia and explain how everyone can sleep every night. Watch: • ONE-DAY INSOMNIA CURE ...
Insomnia, or sleeplessness, is a sleep disorder in which there is an inability to fall asleep or to stay asleep as long as desired. While the term is sometimes used to describe a disorder demonstrated by polysomnographic or actigraphic evidence of disturbed sleep, this sleep disorder is often practically defined as a positive response to either of two questions: "Do you experience difficulty sleeping?" or "Do you have difficulty falling or staying asleep?"
"My mission is to be a great thinker and Jedi Master (mind power person) inspiring people and showing them a better way in life, so they can create more freedom, joy and happiness. I do it by continually researching knowledge and wisdom available, and by practicing what I have learnt. I integrate and synthesise what I learn and experience, and then I teach to others the best methods and procedure to achieve the desired outcomes. I teach it via videos, presentations and 1 to 1 interactions. I figure out how to serve people most efficiently and effectively in the shortest period of time."

This must be one of the most amazing videos I’ve ever experienced. I literally have been going to bed every morning at 7 am for months after I get off work at 11pm. After watching this video I went home after work and fell asleep right at 12am and woke up at 8am with no interruptions. Simply a blessing! This is simply a miracle! Thanks so much!
I discovered this sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* truly effective. I have endured sleeping disorders all of my like, seriously, since infancy, have utilized various medications, but this plan is the most efficient tool I have found for smashing the cycle of sleeping disorders. I did everything this guideline suggests and sleep better than I ever have.?

In conclusion, insomnia is a mental "disorder" thank you for giving me hope
L-Theanine really helps too! It's a green tea extract. Must be taken on a empty stomach otherwise it won't work. NO SIDE EFFECTS, NOT ADDICTIVE.
Lasts for 6 hrs. Stops brain chatter within 20-30 min. Don't buy any brand that uses fillers. Here in Canada, I buy it from Organika (with a k). Check out their ingredients to get an idea of what's in it & look for a comparable brand in your country. You will be in Zen mode. Totally balanced. Yes, you can operate machinery bcos there's no groggy side effects. This is a Amazing natural products. Most doctors and hospital staff know about this product.
I take it around 10 pm and it helps me to relax enough to go to sleep by midnight. Check it out.
@wulfgar3000 - What??? Did you bother to do your own homework?
L-theanine is a compound that occurs naturally in green tea and black tea, and it is also available in supplement form.
A combination of green tea extract and
l-theanine improves memory and attention in subjects with mild cognitive impairment: a double-blind placebo-controlled study. ..
You just saved my life! My sleep is getting better every day! I barely believe, I had chronic insomnia for almost half a year, and now I have hope. Thank you kind sir!!!
It's been two years now, how are you holding up?
I just came across this video because of my insomnia and this helped me so much!!! This is exactly what I’m am always telling myself for so many years. I wouldn’t even want to travel because I would tell myself that I won’t be able to sleep in the hotel and it would cause me so much anxiety.I need to tell myself who cares and not focus on it to much
watched this last night (I actually fell asleep after this video) don’t worry if you don’t fall asleep immediately after watching it, you need a lot of time to relax and dwell on the fact that we can all sleep. You also have to convince yourself that even if you won’t sleep, it’s not going to affect you in the morning
Excellent! Everything this guy is saying is 100% correct! I've suffered from insomnia for years and finally got a handle on it through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and everything he said is the foundation for CBT-I. Listen to this guy.
I downloaded this video😁, if UA-cam collapses one day I already have the best video to cure the worst sickness in the world!!!
😂😂
Thank you for taking the time to record this video 😊
I just attened a 4 week sleep therapy class and it was basically *everything* he said here. My sleep has improved but I still have a tinge of fear resurfacing. Thank you for posting this because I needed to be reminded and reassured of all of this.
You are completely right!! Exactly my thoughts!! I have sleeping problems since a while and I have thought a lot about just this.
I have the Power and I will fix this🙏 THANK YOU.
Ladies, if we have low progesterone or hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, if you have nerve or body tingling, or tinnitus, these all will affect your ability to sleep. He’s talking to people who have no medical issues or don’t take meds that have a side effect of insomnia. I’ve been on Ambien for all of these and just believing these issues will go away so we can sleep will not happen.
This is so helpful thank you 👍
Thank you for responding, yes it has been very challenging....I keep repeating your affirmations in my mind whenever I get the chance to sleep and it has been helping to calm me, I will let you know how I am improving, thanks again!
Don't give up. Soon the kid will be older and not so demanding. .
This is so helpful, thank you!
Thanks Kamil! Great video
Yesterday night I cried because I couldn't sleep when all my family members were sleeping.I felt I had been cursed. After listening to you today I have hope.
What helps me is telling myself “The easiest thing in the world is to close your eyes, and let the body get what it needs.”
This is me since 2013
Did you sleep?
Now how's ur sleep
Thank you! Good advice, I've just been through a whole night without sleeping, in and out of bed 4 times. I gave up at 7.30am, got up and dressed... I will try this, but I think I'm going to make my own audio affirmation mp3 with relaxing background music.
Great, very helpful thanks Kamil
This video worked for me on the first night.
This is very helpful indeed. Thanks so much. I tried it first night and it's really working.
Again, thanks so much.

Many thanks, its really work on me. Just change your state of mind (train with affirmation), believe that you have natural ability to sleep, and just relax when go to sleep.
Great. Make sure you listen to the message again when you lose your faith.
Although the first five minutes were,
without a doubt very helpful, I have to
admit, the entire video was really of great
benefit to me. Great advice. Thank you, Kamil.
Kamil, videos are excellent. You are a media star.
Thank you for sharing this video! I am going to try this out in around 10 minutes from now! I hope I can fall to sleep because I actually have college at 7 AM and it's important for me to sleep. I have not been sleeping for 3 months and every day, I feel tired all of the time and have no energy! Also I find your voice attractive to listen to and calming, peaceful.
Anonymous Unknown Hey. Thank you for such a generous comment. I am really looking forward to seeing how it went for you, so keep me posted and sweet dreams! ;-)

Dear Princess Eli ~ I started taking magnesium oil a couple of weeks ago and I can already tell it's helping me to sleep. I usually take it in the morning with coffee because it tastes so salty that it's hard to get down. The way I do it is to take a half teaspoon of the magnesium oil and pour it into my empty coffee cup, then I add about two tablespoons of hot coffee and gulp it down. Then I quickly pour in another couple of tablespoons of coffee and swirl it around (to get the remaining residues of the mag oil off the sides of the cup) and gulp it down. Then I pour myself a full cup of coffee.
However I've read some reports that say it's good to take ionic mineral drops instead of taking the straight magnesium oil because taking only the magnesium can cause you to become deficient in other minerals. Also, that it's bad to take any vitamins or pills of any kind that contain Magnesium Stearate, Calcium Stearate, Vegetable Stearate, or Stearic Acid, because those chemicals inhibit T-cell production in your system (T-cells are one of the most important ingredients in your immune system), and that can mess with your sleep.
Anyway, I've started talking the ionic mineral drops instead of the straight magnesium oil (the mineral drops taste just as bad as the mag oil because most of it IS mag oil). I hope this helps.
Thank you! I love this positive message. I'm already feeling more relaxed about getting to be tonight.
+Lisa Engler Great. Let me know how it went. Have you got any good results?
I endured with insomnia for more than two years and considered there was no cure for my situation. Not until a psychological behavioral therapist offered this specific method *4InsomniaCure. That one bit of advice makes sense to me, any day that I've worked myself to exhaustion, I end that day with a good night's sleep.
I have no problem falling to sleep, say at 10:00 or 11:00. My problem is that I wake up at 2:00 or 3:00 and then stay awake for the rest of the night. This guy doesn't address that problem.
Email him.
I had the same problem, so I took a boring maths books and try to solve some of the toughest problems and very soon mental fatique sets in and I went back to sleep.
me too I always wake up in the middle of the night and I also have problems falling asleep😣😣
+ young star 86
I just turned 70 years old and I've been having this problem for years of being able to go to sleep and sleep soundly for two or three hours and then wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. I tried nearly all the natural cures for insomnia and none of them worked very well, if at all. Passion flower is supposed to be one of the most popular but it does the opposite to me (wakes me right up). My wifi router is next to my bed and I thought that it might be a negative so far as my sleep is concerned, but I was having this insomnia problem for years before I got the wifi router (which was about five months ago) so I don't think it made any difference. But you could try sleeping in another room for awhile to see if it makes any difference.
One thing I've noticed is that eating a heavy and/or fatty meal after 7:00 is a bad idea as when I wake up at 2:00 of 3:00 in the morning I feel hot and sweaty and full of energy and absolutely can't go back to sleep for the rest of the night. When that happens and I keep trying to go back to sleep and finally realize I'm not going to be able to, I'll get up and make coffee (usually at around 4:00-4:30) and stay up for the rest of the night. I've noticed also that if I drink tea like Lipton's or green tea after 3:00 in the afternoon I won't be able to go to sleep at all until the middle of the night. Coffee doesn't affect me that way. I can drink coffee in the late evening and still be able to go to sleep at around 11:00 or 12:00. I've noticed also that if I take a nap during the day that I won't be able to fall asleep until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning.
Melatonin works for me for awhile, maybe a month, then it quits working. Tryptophan does pretty much the same, it works for awhile then quits working. Sleeping pills work every time but they make me feel so shitty the next day that I never take them. Tylenol PM works ok but is pure poison to the human liver so I never take it anymore either. Sleeptime tea works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. You can get it at most big grocery stores and healthfood stores.
Vitacost.com (an online healthfood store) sells sleep aid blends of all kinds so maybe you could try one and see how it does, then if it doesn't work try another, and so on. I sympathize with you and I hope you can find a solution to your insomnia problem. If you do please post it to me here.
But at what age did u get insomnia?

This sleep therapy *4InsomniaCure. Com* works. I started out suffering from insomnia at a young age. Of all of treatments I have used, this is the one that effectively broke the cycle of my own sleeping disorders. I got a better sleep these days that I had put into practice the treament program constantly without fail. .
I`ve been resting poorly for over 10 years, at a time not of my choosing. After applying this sleep plan *4InsomniaCure. Com* for seven days, I was able to attain eight hours of sleep every night. I did not even have to complete the plan simply to sleep well again. My insomnia is finally gone due to this plan.?

focus on your breathing only on your breath your mind and your heart will slow down and u will fall asleep at least for 10-15 min it can take longer if u cant really focus but keep trying

I have a video on how to get rid of unwanted thoughts. Have you watched it?
Callie Pearl what is with these young kids not being able to sleep. Make sure u dont drink soda after 5 p.m. best if u don't at all. No flouride water which means NO tap water ever..look up waters without flouride. Pray b4 bed even if u don't believe...just a short prayer about your worries...God help me works or Allah or whoever. This video helped me so much! I had been taking huge doses of melatonin and occasionally Xanax to help me fall asleep for quite a long time. Thanks, this video helped!
The best cure for insomnia I have found is called sleep restriction. You basically just have a set time you are allowed to be in bed, and the set time or you have to get out of bed.
Even if you didn't sleep a wink you have to get up and the aim is to get yourself so tired that when you laydown you fall asleep.
This is very true. I read about it. Like i am a nite owl. It said to stay up all nite, and don't go to sleep at 6 in the morning like you normally do. Stay awake and then early that nite you will be so tired you will sleep.
I will try that because I'm really getting scared I'm about to go 2 days trying to sleep but I just lay on my bed wide awake
Falling asleep is very very very easy staying asleep for more than 5 minutes is the problem.
This sleep plan *4InsomniaCure. Com* actually works. I began suffering from sleeping disorders at a very young age. Of all the medications I have used, this plan is the only one that successfully broke the cycle of my insomnia. I did everything this guideline suggests and sleep better than I ever have.?

I'm 12 and I have insomnia it's 5 am right now and I'm still not able to sleep. This happens EVERYDAY I've been watching every video. No matter what, it's like there's no end to this. It's kinda getting in my nerves.
+spirit like a wolf Yeah, it is annoying sometimes. Don't give up. Just relax and focus on finding a solution believing that you will.
YourMother thats probably because i can't sleep causing me to watch videos and if anything, knowing me, i can get sleepy from watching videos. also, my parents usually take all the technology in my room so i could go to sleep but i manage to keep my phone sometimes and now i keep my phone every night and sometimes my computer too.
YourMother thanks!
??
YourMother i've been sleeping every night at 3 am lately and i can't sleep and earlier or later than that...
I like the point about not to keep telling people about insomnia and bringing it up. I have had it for so long and feel like the fact that I feel like it has become who I am, it at times makes me actually not be willing to try and resolve it forever and want to keep it a part of me even though it ruins my university studies! So I reckon I'm Gona stop even bringing it up or acknowledging it as a big part of my day and that might help my mind move on from it :)
+Serena Hussain Well, let's see what happens. Let me know if it helped ;-)
This guys is great. Going to do this.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for this video. I've been suffering with insomnia for months and this video helped me a lot. I'm still not fully back to normal but things are far better now. I couldn't sleep because I was afraid of not being able to sleep, it's a vicious cycle. Your idea about letting the body do its jobs and not interfering with it helped me fall asleep faster. Hope video can help others who are struggling with the same problem as much as it helped me.
Bro I facing same problem...did it really work
@@pawankumarpasupuleti6242 Yeah bro, it did work but it takes time. For me, it took around 3 - 4 months to get back to regular sleeping pattern but you can see improvement very quickly (within a week).
Ultimately, you've to convince yourself that you can sleep. Once you do that, your fear of sleep with vanish and you'll start sleeping normally. As long as you think sleep is something you should worry about, it'll be difficult to fall asleep.

I started suffering sleep problems about 2 months ago and it keeps getting worse and worse. It all started when I moved to a new apartment and have neighbors who are loud all the time, in the night times too. I've somehow developed crazy stress about any noises at night and that keeps me from sleeping. I started therapy and got some sleeping pills which do help a bit but I don't want to develop dependency on drugs. I just can't relax anymore, this is really eating my strength and wellbeing.
+AndyGrouch A comfortable mattress helps a lot too. Sorry to hear about your problems.
Can you play white noise or get those lawn mower ear things....at Home Depot they will block out a LOT of noise. I used to use them at times, but now i'm in the country and it's TOO quiet. I would trade ya in a heart beat. When i was 12 we lived above a bar that had a loud band 4 nites a week and all nite i could not sleep - i laid in bed wide awake listening to the music. At 4 a.m. they stopped and i fell asleep at 5, but was too tired to get up for school,, so i would sneak off and sleep in the attic all day and "come home" for lunch and back in the attic. I used to write my own excuses. This was back in 1960 so it was easy back then. Later on when i went to college i got up early, but when a bit older i worked in a bar late at nite and so i was up all nite again, and still i can't get out of the late hour habit.
@@marieb.1810 Hi Marie, I hope you see this comment. I can relate ALOT to everything you just wrote. This sleep issue is really taking a total on me and interrupting my daily routines.
I think he is right about re setting our clock. Staying awake long enough and then going to bed earlier. It would work for some people , but not all, as some like me keep waking up every 2 hrs. I know cuz i check the time when i wake up. I have to be somewhere at 9 in the morning tomorrow and i don't even get to sleep until 6....so i'm gonna force myself to lay down at 9pm tonite...at least lay there and rest and listen to the radio i guess. A friend has to call to wake me up. I will be dragging my ass. I envy people who go to sleep tat 11 pm and up at 6. Many yrs ago when i worked late in the bars i would go to sleep at 6 in the morning, sleep 6 hrs straight, wake up at noon and be fine, but if you keep waking up every 2 hrs then you are tired and lay in bed longer and yeah it ruins the whole day. I always make my doc and dentist appts real late in the afternoon. I lie and tell people i "work" in the morning. Guess i'm embarrased that i'm not "normal".
@@marieb.1810 yes i used to make my appointments for later in the day because lack of sleep:no sleep:.i used to lose my balance.
Yes, of course it is. And also do not rule out thyroid issues and other underlying causes of insomnia.

Hey how are u doing now?
I had dreadful insomnia for Nine months, the only method I could sleep was by taking medications. Finally my physician advised this sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* I had been sleeping like a baby by week Five. Those who have suffered from insomnia for quite a long time must also try this. My sleep was brought back on track!?
This is amazing. I was unable to fall asleep before of my anxiety of not being able to sleep. I've been unable to sleep since I had a bad acute pharyngitis. It stressed me out
i liked it. good thought. good tips.
When I try to sleep my brain goes into overdrive about random stuff so the question is do I have insomnia or do I have anxiety?
Me too. I think its anxiety and it causes insomnia
I have a weird but awesome tip for breaking Insomnia, you can try it anyway, but it will work best if you have sometimes fallen asleep fully clothed in bed because you were so tired. There are 2 reasons going to bed fully dressed (shoes optional) works, one is that it creates distinction from your recent failed attempts to sleep (it basically resets "sleep hygiene") and secondly (of course) it reminds your body/subconscious/unconscious of how you felt when you were too tired to even get undressed. I just had the urge to do this one night, and I didn't understand the urge, but then I got sleep (I didn't fall asleep instantly but still did tons better, and slept longer and deeper) and by morning I realized why it worked. You could try variations, if you normally sleep in PJ's, go naked or vise versa, or you could sleep on top of the bed, or in an unusual place just to break the pattern, once you have a week of getting to sleep you can start going to bed with fewer clothes on till you are back to sleeping in whatever you normally sleep in. other tip, don't have a bed time if you can help it, just do stuff till you want to go to bed because you are tired, trying to get to sleep/bed early because I think I "should" is the worst thing for insomnia, also try taking Magnesium, Potassium or maybe an electrolyte drink. But the first tip is the winner honestly!
@@jonathanberry9502 This sounds helpful, sometimes we have to trick ourselves and break patterns. Makes sense.
