In this great show, there exists the subtle allegory/metaphor of the psychiatric "Amok" a rare disorder previously said to only occur Asia, in which a person grabs a weapon and slays everyone in the village (In the show this corresponds to 'running wild'). Essentially a killing spree that is not rationally motivated, in which the affected may or may not be fully aware of their actions. Very subtly and nicely done here
