S1 was brighter as they're like young n innocent.. jung so min portrayed mudeok well, the powerless assassin that lost her power trapped in a weak body,but her dark background n revenge is still there, thus has to depends on her quick-witted.. s2, everyone getting more darker vibes after all that happened, (except for parkjin🤣) and go yoon jung portrayed the innocent 'unknown who she was' person well, parallel to the previous mudeok.. everyone did well in both season.. still we can choose our preferred one..🤗
What's even funnier is that in the jade stones meeting , there was this lovely cliche song in the background and when they met it abruptly stopped and they had that reaction , and I died laughing :))
IF, and I mean IF Jang Uk and Cho Yeong don't get a happy ending and Jang Uk is still around, I wouldn't mind if he ended up with the Crown Prince. Those two are the enemies/rivals to lovers if written correctly. But my heart wants Uk and Yeong, so let's hope they get a happy ending this Sunday
I am a big fan of s1, and it just hit different. Season 2 is good too, but I just got used to Season 1's vibe, so it was a very difference experience in s2, though Jang Uk was cool af.

I like the story line like a roller coaster.. there is action, series, sad, romance, comedy and happy ending. If the character of the series is too long, too many romance scenes and just sad, it will make the storyline not develop and become slow. My mood to watch is also down. Hurmm.. it turns out that the roller coaster feeling I needed was already experienced in AOS1.. so I'm satisfied and think S1 is the perfect ending for AOS😁 But, anyone who likes S2 keep watching. In s1, everybody was given time to shine...the love story didn't focus on the leads alone but also to other supporting casts... everyone was so bright and cheerful,chaotic but hilarious...S2, everyone seems to be just gloomy, dark and no life...the few times there were supposed to be "comedic" scenes are not really that entertaining...good luck S2 but it's not just for me...I don't think it's half as good as s1...
