Commenting publicly as Sam Scott/you need to know that Rozy, referred to above is my wife and I had information sent to her email address: I have been through training as a GAL and before I could really get completely involved, I ended up in the hospital with complicating situation following surgery. My experience with GAL was so positive. I had such a wonderful experience with the foster parents who had the little child that I was assigned to serve as the GAL. What I am saying is that Florida's Guardian ad Litem was excellent and I was blessed to be a part of the process.
