I just randomly discovered your videos about 2 weeks and really like your detailed reviews plus excellent fragrance choices. You are beautiful to look at too so it makes the reviews more enjoyable to watch. I can just tell that you buy your own fragrances and are not doing these reviews for free bottles like some other reviewers.Keep up your good work.
I love Moth!! That one, Camel, and Macaque Yuzu are all phenomenal to me. I'm planning to get one of their custom travel spray sets with those 3, Bee, and one other, but I can't decide on the 5th fragrance. (I certainly don't need another full bottle of anything for another 5 years, but I love the experience of Zoologist fragrances 🥰.)
You REALLY nailed those two fragrances! I love them both but I'm more comfortable wearing Bee than I am Moth. Moth is gorgeous but I have to be feeling a certain way to feel like I can "pull it off." That probably makes no sense at all. But GD, is Bee a beautiful frag or WHAT?!!! Have you tried Hummingbird? It might not be sexy enough for you but it's damn beautiful.
Aw thank you so much! Yes, absolutely, Moth can be a "heavy" one to wear. That's great that you're loving Bee. I do remember liking Hummingbird, yes, but I will have to revisit it in warmer weather. 🌹Xo Sam
Love the new look! So far I haven't found a Zoologist fragrance that I would find wearable for me personally. Honey is also a note I really struggle with, so I am quite anxious to even try it. Great, honest take on this release.
Great review... I just received Bee 🐝 today... I’m intrigued by this scent and the entire line. Fascinating concept and I look forward to experiencing all of these scents! 💞
Hello again. I just wanted to tell you that Zoologist Bat original is now remade under the Olympic Orchids brand by the original perfumer, Ellen Covey. I am so excited because I ordered a bottle and can’t wait. Also waiting for a sample of Bee. Anyway the new “Bat” is now called “Night Flyer.”. You probably already know this..
Never tried Moth, but I am quite fond of the note breakdown. I've also seen it compared to The Dark Side by Francesca Bianchi. Really like that "haunting" description. Perfectly coordinated attire Sam. Gorgeous. 🦋
Sam what a fabulous in-depth review! I love that although Bee wasn’t quite your thing you still took the time to study it and explained it so perfectly. Moth somehow made me feel dirty! I enjoyed wearing it but it made me feel self conscious, your love for it makes me want to retest it now so I think I’ll dig out my sample. Keep up the reviews, there’ll never be enough! ❤️
Aw thank you so much, Claire. I do appreciate Bee for what it is, but you can't wear everything, can you? 🤗 That's so funny Moth made you feel that way, I do understand though as it's very unusual.🌹Xo Sam
Bee is one I'll be looking to add this year so it was great to get your take on this and mother too. Now I I want that too , I have a sample of it , so I'll need to dig that out today. Even though I said I'd slow down ,I have two bottles coming today 😂 Rhino is still my favourite from Zoologist 👌
Awesome. I'm sure Bee will smell great on you! Definitely try Moth before you buy 😅. And I think we have the same disease. I will have to go back and smell Rhino.🌹Xo Sam
I really love the way you describe fragrances, I feel like I'm learning so much from your videos... great content as per usual & congrats on the new bottle! :)
I just recently discovered you because of this review! We seem to share the same preferences in notes & desire to wear more unique fragrances. I was thinking that you might enjoy testing fragrances from Euphorium Brooklyn, as they have several woody/smoky scents (i.e. forest, campfire, cabin vibes) that would make great choices for the upcoming Fall season. Thoroughly enjoying & looking forward to more reviews from you on your scent journeys!
Good take on this one, I still have not sampled this one, as they do not carry it anywhere near where I live. But I have seen quite a bit of talk in the fragrance community about this one, so may go ahead and commit to a sample. I appreciate you doing this one, much respect as always. On a side note, I was a bit shocked when you said you were in the UK, but that is awesome. Great content again, enjoying the channel. Much respect.
Thank you! I feel like the feedback has been mainly very positive and sometimes reviewers rave about a fragrance because they're sponsored, not necessarily because it's worth it. So just giving my take. Haha, yes, I'm a Londoner! 🌹Xo Sam
Your experience of moth is very similar to mine, dusty attic, that hasn't had the window opened in quite some time with a hint of camphor. The entire zoologist collection needs to be experienced even if only for the olfactive arts experience
Thank you for the comparison/breakdown in notes/journey! I had a sample of 'Moth' but wasn't tempted to get a full bottle, I can't recall why exactly as I favor all of those notes especially the way you describe the experience of them. I'm still going to obtain a sample of 'Bee' or at least find a way to sniff it as I'm very curious about it. I don't typically like very sweet fragrances so I don't expect to fall in love with it but who knows. It's always surprising how certain notes act within the larger composition when wearing it.
You're very welcome, thanks for watching! Well Moth is a special madame, that requires a certain thirst for that vibe in order to enjoy. You should definitely give Bee a try, I'm not into overly sweet fragrances either, but I'm still hopeful there may be one I might fall in love with.🌹Xo Sam
OMG, you look fabulous! I always loved your look but you have further amped it up! Love you hair color! Hope you could share your eyeshadow palette and hair color as well. Love your videos as always!
Aw thank you so much for the love! I'm not sure what my exact hair color is, but my eyeshadow is L'Oréal Color Infallible Eyeshadow in Endless Chocolat - it's my fav.🌹Xo Sam
I’ve not tried Bee yet but I do have a sample not Moth somewhere, must dig it out and have another sniff! Camel and T Rex have been my favourites from Zoologist so far but I’ve never made a purchase beyond samples 🤷🏼♂️
You know I'm a frag head 🗣️ I ordered squid 🦑 and penguin 🐧🥶 in a couple days I will be experiencing zoo logist I can't wait yup I bought 50$ travel size 🎉 bee and snowy owl 🦉 are on my nose raidar 🌊 maqak apple also lol we share the same itch
I recently subscribed to your channel and I enjoy your videos. As for Zoologist: I reviewed Bee and Squid recently both in English and in Russian at my channels. So far, I reviewed every single perfume from Zoologist, I believe it is 20 now, including the old formula ones. It kind of sad, I don't have much of attention, but this is the other story...P.S. My favourite of all is Bat, although they are all good in it is own right.
Happy New Year! It depends on your taste really, as the Zoologist range is quite big. I personally like richer scents and would try Tyrannosaurus Rex, Civet, Moth, Camel, and throw in Bee as that's well-liked. But on the other end of the spectrum there's Hummingbird etc.🌹Xo Sam
Moth is one of the standout creations from the house (alongside a few others). I'm going to try Bee again but it turned strangely herbal off my skin...which i don't think is what the perfumer intended. *Love the sleeves!
Hm.. herbal? That is strange... I'm going to revisit Bee myself in the spring time - who knows, maybe she'll grow on me! Thanks so much for watching. 🌹 Xo Sam
Moth is definitely an interesting one! Not one I can wear much (I have a small decant) as I think it's too feminine but it's good for (the right) woman. T-Rex is my favorite Zoologist but Civet and Squid give it a run. I have Bee too and the opening is unbeatable as a honey scent. I just got hold of Koala too, which is nice but not quite "Zoologist" enough.
Thanks for your honest opinion. For me, the jury is still out in regards to Bee. It reminds me of the stands where Muslim men sell there generic attars and burning incense, for some reason. Not a bad scent though..
Hmm.. if that's your impression, then it doesn't sound too bad! 😄 I'm a "love at first sniff" type of person. If I don't love it initially, I probably never will.🌹Xo Sam
@@MyWorldofFragrance funny, because i find the obverse to be said. Being a frag head we sometimes go in with a preconceived idea about a fragrance, base off the notes, and are often let down once we get our nose on it. I find once i smell it a few times, on someone else or via sampling, i become more warmed up to it.
I've lost my interest in Zoologists because they create great scents, and then rush to reformulate a duller version. So, when you finally get your samples, take your time testing them and make up your mind, it turns out it's no longer available. This happened with Dragonfly. It may even happen that you order a sample from a retailer, you like it, but retailer is unable to tell if it's version 1 or 2. This happened with Panda. I even took the trouble to give feefback to Zoologists; they couldn't have cared less. So, obviously they have more customers than they need.
My World of Fragrance I liked all that I tried except for Chameleon. The cashmeran was too strong on my skin. There are several I have yet to try. Interested to sample Bee. Faves are Moth and Bat, but I liked Civet, TRex.
@@Amyleonhardt947 I definitely feel an appreciation towards all of them, but I did find quite a few were not for me in terms of wearability. Civet I also quite liked. I don't recall my thoughts on Chameleon, but I will have to go back and test them all thoroughly. Thanks so much for sharing your experience.🌹Xo Sam
OMG when you said it was moth I jumped from the chair. It is my favourite from zoologist and nobody likes it. I was feeling lonely in this fragrance world and normies world since peopel also find it nice but weird hahaha. So happy to watch your reactions on Moth, cuz I saw myself doing that :P ps: You are so beautiful, and dress well, and speak well too
I love that! Haha.. yes Moth is not for everyone, only for those that can handle her 😉. Thank you so much for your kind words. I appreciate you watching.🌹Xoxo Sam

Coolness 😎 I like your new look. Fresh. Haven't experienced "Bee" as of yet. Now I'll have to revisit "Moth" due to your recommendation. HNY!
Thanks a lot! Yes, please do give Moth another chance if you can. Wishing you a wonderful day. 🌹Xo Sam
I’ve gotta try moth! You are so interesting- you remind me of myself it’s weird. I love all the perfume reviewers out there but you are my favorite!
Moth is my favorite as well. You gave a beautiful description. It's a gorgeous and unconventional fragrance.
Yay! Yes, she's a beauty that requires some understanding to interpret. Not for everyone.🌹Xo Sam
my first video of you. great job. I'll going to pick up bee this week
OK I got Bee and didn't like the spice. but after it settles it smells wonderful. I'll be adding this to my collection.
Lool the music when you smelled the mist

Beautiful fragrance athame 😊 I have a sample of Moth I’ve been meaning to try out, as well as spending some time with Bee.
Oh enjoy! Nothing beats the very first time you smell magic.🌹Xo Sam
Indeed starting 2020 with all good energy. Nice video 👍👍. Personally not much attracted to the house. Looking forward to your next reviews.
Thank you! I understand, I have houses I feel that way about too. Thanks for watching 🌹Xo Sam

Yeeess 🤗 Thank you, I'm so glad you appreciate this beauty too. 🌹Xo Sam
have bee and moth, and agree with everything you said. decided that yours, is a nose i can trust. shine on...
Aw thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoy both, I will be revisiting Bee in the springtime.🌹Xo Sam
I'm here to look at the new hairstyle.
Great!🌹Xo Sam

Hi Sam. I am currently based in Asia (China ) do you know anywhere we can get a sniff of zoologist?
Have to buy this one! Love your top what label is it & where did you buy it from?
Great video!

I love your Intro. Hey! I do not want someone to take a bite out of me, so I will stay away from Ms. Bee. See ya soon on Instagram.
