I started stretching and doing light exercises today , i have been studying well and going to school, feeling alot more positive about myself and my body, i feel stronger so im happy!! Uhhh a new video :) thank you! Let me say: you look amazing when you dance and your "Brown Cow Luckyleo" is so cool... I think it's normal that you got a stomachache after giving up meat. When I started avoiding dairy products and eggs, my stomach did hurt after a proper meal for maybe two to three weeks almost every day. I think my body had to get used to my new eating habits. Do you want to give up meat just during lent or do you plan to do it longer? :) I hope you have a great week left! Love you

My stomach definitely just needed time to adjust because it has been a month now since giving up meat, and no more stomach aches 👍 I was originally only going to do it for lent, but now after not eating meat for a while, I have been loving the positive changes it has made on my body. I don't think I want to go back 🤔 haha we'll see though, love you!

don't be nervous! I know it's easier said than done, and I know that ballet dancers can be intimidating. But seriously, you have nothing to worry about. You are just starting and learning so cut yourself some slack! Everyone had to start somewhere. Kathryn Morgan has great videos for beginners in ballet, and I highly encourage that you start familiarizing yourself with ballet terminology. It will help you learn faster and you will better understand what the teacher is saying. You don't have to know them perfectly right away, but getting a head start is always great. Absorb everything your teacher says, and use proper placement and technique even if it means having a lower leg. In ballet, it is more valuable to have proper placement and a lower leg than incorrect placement and a higher leg. If you give it your all and use proper technique from day one, you will improve fast! I wish you the best of luck and let me know how it goes! ❤
Can you tell us what parts of your body do you work on while working out each day?? Cause i really want to start doing it the way you do instead of doing full body workouts everyday cause it really tires me and i feel like i dont want to work out the next day
I totally feel you on this! My workout split is in three days: pull day, push day, and leg day. Pull day focuses on my back and biceps. Push is chest, shoulders, and triceps. Leg day is legs! You can split your workout into so many different ways, just look up example workout splits & schedules on the internet and youtube! ❤💪
Some people can be plant based, but some people need tofu or like beyond meat or Morningstar, *Something* . Don’t feel bad. As a figure skater I cannot rely only on veggies for protein. But it does take at least a month to get used to it. At the very least try sautéing tofu and use seasonings and maybe a little teriyaki 👌🏻

Just my opinion but you should eat meat in small amounts especially as an athlete. Long story short - been there, done that, strongly advise against 🙈 Also Gurl, you're the best and most inspiring ballerina youtuber out there!

Ballet is such a graceful dance style! My sister does point and is really interested in ballet. I am personally more interested in jazz and lyrical!
