Hi Emmy and Paul! Another great video. I just wanted to mention how much I love the table cloth that was on your table while you were making the bagels. It brings back such wonderful memories of my mom and grandma. Thank you for that!! 💕
Thanks so much Colleen! 😊
I grabbed 12 cans of pumpkin for $1.49 (reg. $2.49) each. Sugar is $1.99 for 4 lbs.. Sweet potatoes are 59 cents a lb, so I plan on getting 5 lbs or so of those. Turkey is 79 cents a lb with additional $25 purchase. I'm stocking up on holiday prices. Those of us who are living the frugal lifestyle, knows this is the way to go. Have a blessed day, and thank you for this UA-cam channel
That is awesome! Thanks for sharing Deborah!
You can buy a package of pumpkin seeds for .69 cents and plant them in the backyard. You will have enough pumpkins for the entire neighbourhoods. Even dogs like pumpkin. You can freeze lots and lots. Very easy plant to grow.
Here in the UK we don’t get Everything but the Bagel seasoning. I found a recipe online and bought all the ingredients and now make my own for a fraction of the cost. The bags of seeds etc are quite big so whenever I run out I just mix up another batch of the seasoning using what I’ve already bought. I love it on poached eggs and avocado on toast for breakfast.
What a great idea! Avocado toast is the BEST!
I started making bagels a few months ago and am loving it! The only thing that I do differently is to put the dough ingredients into my bread machine and set it on Dough cycle. A little less work but still delicious results. I alternate bagel making with overnight bread baking, every other week for each. There's enormous satisfaction in producing beautiful baked goods while saving money.
Yes! I agree! Thanks for watching!
I have been saving .55 cent coupons that are on the inside of the box of my favorite brand of butter. This brand has inched up to $6.29 a pound. Thankfully I have been using the stock we had in my freezer. Today they were on Buy One Get One Free special. With the special price and minus the coupons I bought this butter for $2.60 a pound. This should take me well into the winter months. Yea😊
I am headed to Publix tomorrow for the same deal,,, using my coupons as well lol
I want to try these bagels!!! It really looks easy!!! Ty for sharing!
I have done that in the past, I had about 20 coupons and they had really long expiration dates. Butter is outrageous right now. 2.60 a pound is a very good price.
You two are just the most delightful couple. I love the joy and love you both exude. I am definitely going to try those bagels. I've two (adult) children (boys 22 and 20) who live with me and they go through at least a pack of bagels (sometimes two) a week. You make it look so easy. Maybe I'll snap a picture and send it to you.
YES! Pleases send me a pic! Would love that!
Jennifer, I'm sure your boys will love your homemade bagels and they may go through even more of them! I agree with you about Emmy and Paul. I feel like I'm having a conversation with longtime friends when I tune into one of their videos. They're always so welcoming and have wonderful recipes and suggestions to help everyone be more frugal.
I bought the dried fruit and nuts and non-melting powdered sugar for our Christmas stollens a few months ago. We’ve had that every Christmas morning, with a few pots of tea, for 40 years, and my adult son has never had a Christmas without it. I always buy the ingredients ahead of time, because it’s the most important breakfast of our year as a family. Tradition!😁❤️
I also buy good quality dry tortellini ahead of time, and then make homemade turkey stock with our Thanksgiving turkey and freeze it until Christmas Eve, because our other 40 year old tradition is to have a big pot of tortellini in brodo for supper on Christmas Eve.
Oh, and right after Christmas, I start buying the ingredients and putting them away for making my son’s birthday meal. His birthday is May 2. 😆 People laugh at me, but I’ve done this for decades, because we can eat beans and rice or toast and tea for meals every night if we really have to, but there are a handful of meals that really matter to me to get right, and I bend over backwards to be sure I can produce those meals even if we’re hit by hard times. There were a few years where I was really glad I had stuck those ingredients away, I can tell you.
I love Christmas Stollen!! I enjoy the one with the marzipan in the middle! So wonderful you make your own!
@@FrugalMoneySaver My husband’s mom always made them when he was a kid. We married young (I was 21 and he was 20), and were immediately stationed away from family, being off to Italy with the AF. So I was determined to cook things his mom did, so he wouldn’t be homesick. I couldn’t cook to save my life, but i tried.😆 And after decades, I bake a pretty mean stollen now! Heh.
Thanks for sharing the bagel recipe and encouraging us to actually see how many blessings we have. Just the mere fact that we've made it so far and can celebrate the upcoming Holidays is such a joy... and we must not forget to also share that with whomever touches our lives (in real life or virtually), thank YOU Emmy and Paul for your generosity!
I am going to pick up a free turkey from ShopRite that we got through their promotion. That is our main dish every year for Thanksgiving and my Mother in law prepares it so deliciously 😋 I try to stock up every week on lost leaders (prior confirmation that the price is truly the lowest of the season).
Happy Thanksgiving for everyone in the US. 🤗
Thank you so very much! A very blessed Thanksgiving to you and yours!
I'm not a stranger to baking yeast breads and I love getting my hands in the dough. That said, I have never tried making bagels....until this morning. Oooh, they turned out beautifully. I might make some for Christmas gifts with homemade jam. Thanks for the recipe and the demonstration.
YAY! So happy they turned out well!!
Those bagels look absolutely delicious and they so easy and economical to make at home. I just bought two 10-lb pound bags of Green Giant brand Russet potatoes for $0.99 cents each at Yokes, a WA/ID regional store. Many prices are up, but there are still bargains.
That is so amazing! What a great price!
We have Price Rite markets in WNY I see the Shop Rite trucks unloading and they have Bowl and Basket brand. I was shopping pre-storm and I saw your fav Colavita pasta was $1!!! I was thinking of Emmy!!! Haa I'm enjoying a snow day today and I enjoyed your video. Have a great Wknd! Joni from Bflo
I know your area is getting a lot of snow, please stay safe and warm!
You two are too cute and I appreciate you teaching me how to make bagels! Your vintage kitchen utensils are darling! Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks so much Susan! A blessed Thanksgiving to you and yours!
Thank you for the bagel recipe. I'm going to try to make date bagels, fresh blueberry bagels, strawberry bagels, apple bagels. I'm going to experiment to make unique bagels. I enjoy you videos.
What a great idea Christine!
What a grand idea. I made bagels many years ago. I do make all of our bread/rolls…but I forgot I could make bagels! Thank you!
So happy the video was helpful Robin!
We have already had Thanksgiving here in Ontario but I have been stocking up for Christmas. Flavoured whipped cream cheeses for 1.50 Snowflake shaped Ritz crackers 2.00 . Cans of mixed nuts 2.99 . Large container of holiday mixed sprinkles 3.79 . So excited to be making 2 wreath cakes for our church Christmas banquet this Sunday! Thank you for the bagel recipe Emmy! I think I'm going to try it tomorrow. Snow storm heading our way this weekend. Great time for baking. We love bagels and I've never made them. Have a wonderful weekend!
Sounds like you got some great deals! Thanks for sharing!
Love this! I have never been afraid of yeast breads. I used to make homemade breads when my three sons were young. Now I live alone so don't do it as often. I never made bagels. I already have all the ingredients! (I even have bread flour. Lol). I will be baking bagels soon. I wonder if they can be frozen afterwards to make them last longer... Because it's only for me. Love you guys. I turn your videos on and feel like I am watching family. I watched your house video as well. We definitely have the same eclectic tastes with the antiques. 💕💕
Thank you! 😃
How delightful this channel is! One definitely has to be willing to put forth more time and effort to save money. Certainly, it’s a more holistic way of living. I appreciate the encouragement to do so 🍂
Thanks so very much!
Apparently bagels are much more expensive here in East Tennessee than they are where you live. A local bakery, where the bagels are extraordinarily delicious, sells them for $1.89 a piece or $8.79 for a half dozen. Great video, as usual. Have fun and enjoy the upcoming holiday season!
YIKES! That is pricey!
Those bagels look amazing. I teach at a local school and we have all next week off for Thanksgiving, so I'll be experimenting with making those bagels for my kids. We are all ready for a bit of a break and homemade bagels sound like a fun activity for us!
Yes, they really are so good too! Enjoy your break!
Not a food item but we were in home depot today. They had the most beautiful red poinsettia plants for sale for 1.98 each. I bought 2 plants to use as decorations in my home. What a great price.
Oh I love those plants! We can't keep them though because they are so poisonous to Dixie and Loris!
Sorry but for as many bagels as I buy, I will leave this process up to the professionals. But I enjoyed the video nonetheless. Good job.
Thank you
I bought .99 cent cranberries today. Got some for freezer as well as fresh. Sweet potatoes were .49 cents per pound. Potatoes are .99 cents for 5 pounds at QuikTrip. Have to get them yet. Lorraine
Great prices Lorraine!
I love the idea of making our own bagels! I haven't had them in quite a while because they are too expensive so I am looking forward to trying this recipe. Yours turned out beautiful!
I have always wanted to learn how to make bagels, but thought it was too hard to do. You've proved to me that they aren't that difficult, and that I shouldn't be intimidated by the process! Thank you! You are a joy to watch!
You can do it!
DixieBelle and Paul and Emmy Ritzi and Me Love 💘 💕 ❤ 💖 💗 ♥ from Texas Cheers
Love right back you two!!
Small bit ago, you posted a sour dough starter journey -recipe and updates and she died. I found a reel today by someone whose always making sour dough and has slightly different recipe and tried to find your video on it but couldnt.
Picked this 1 since had bagels and both bread but diff.
Her link to reel is: ua-cam.com/users/shorts6c1l4zguACE?feature=share
And she does liked I'd seen before and feeds starter w/ bit of honey 1st few days
Paul…the ultimate Ad Man! Those Paul approved bagels look delicious….thanks for sharing….
You are welcome! Thanks for watching!
Celery 49cents a bunch and 5 lbs russet potatoes for .49 cents a bag.
SCORE!
Great idea.
Making everything from scratch saves money, plus you know what is in it.
Buying premade,It has so many chemicals and preservatives.
Yes! I agree Rochelle!
Hey Emmy, those bagels looked delicious 😋 I never realised how easy they were to make 😊
Hey Bex! Yes! So good too!
I’m definitely gonna try the bagels! I live north of you on the st.Lawrence river, it’s beautiful here, but not much choice in stores or competitors. So price’s are unbelievably high . Thank you for you time and tips 😘
So happy our videos are helpful Kathy!
Must try these bagels
So good Anne!
Butter was on sale a few weeks ago at Aldi for only $1.65/lb. I could only purchase 6 per visit. Our freezer is full but I was able to squeeze in 18 😮
YAY!! Such an amazing price!
How much including electric/fuel to make them?
In my area, Suffolk county, New York all these had cranberries at $.99 a bag picked up some extra to make cranberry sauce. Love you guys happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
Really enjoy your show.
You look like good Christian folks.
Be blessed for Thanksgiving.
Thanks so much for being here Christelia!
Oh my gosh can I try it too? Haha they look amazing!!!! You are amazing Mrs. Emmie ❤️ Have a happy thanksgiving 🦃🍁 many blessings to you all 🙏🙏
You as well Liz! Thanks so very much!
Yay! Paul Approved! 😋
Those bagels look awesome! I have stuffing, cranberry sauce, potatoes and will harvest brussel sprouts this weekend for Thanksgiving! For Christmas I have a roast I bought on sale in the freezer. I have Christmas cards I purchased on sale. I'm pretty well prepared. Will be out tomorrow looking for turkey thighs but might make a whole turkey if I can find a good sale. I'll freeze what I don't eat for future meals.
Sounds like an amazing meal my friend! Paul has designed a shirt and you are getting the first one...a "Paul Approved" shirt LOL!! Will call this coming week and we can catch up! Big hugs all around!
Thanks, Emmy, for sharing the link to the recipe. These look delicious! I'm going to have to make some.
Hope you enjoy Jewel!
Good morning and hello from Nova Scotia, Canada 🇨🇦. What a wonderful recipe! I did not realize that bagels were so easy to make. Thank you very much for sharing 😀. Have a terrific day 😀.
So happy you enjoyed the video Michelle! Thank you!
👍👍👍
Thanks for the encouragement to make your own bagels! I’ve tried once or twice but haven’t made it a regular thing. We live in Texas but I miss my NY bagels!
Yes, they are amazing!
Our area has had 2 cans of pumpkin for $3 and turkeys for 78¢ a pound with an additional purchase of $25. Sweet potatoes are 49¢ a pound this week.
Wow.. i’m in Canada 🇨🇦 and a can of pure pumkin at my grocery store was $5.99 last week… 😭
We have sweet potatoes 5 pounds for $1.00
I love that your focus is on joy:) So much gloom and doom in the frugality world right now but your Chanel makes me smile and gives me hope:)
YAY! That's our prayer Jackie!
Thought I missed your post 😮
No, lol! We're here! Thanks for watching!
Hi!
Our Harris Teeter had turkeys for .29/# (W/$40.00 purchase) and sweet potatoes for .25/#
They run the same deal on sweet potatoes every year at this time, so we buy 20-30# and store them in the basement. They will keep for 6 months easy. Thanks for a heartwarming video. We think so much alike, I too make bagels and it’s really a lot of fun to do and they’re delicious!
God Bless!
Wow! Paula those are some great prices! God bless you too! Thank you!
I’ve picked up butter on sale and froze it. Next week I’m picking up cranberries to freeze, I have gotten a lot of baking supplies when they’ve gone on sale like cocoa powder, chocolate chips, canned pumpkin. I always watch my store circular and I more often than not buy the store brand products as they are less expensive.
Yes! Very true about the store brands Gretchen!
I make regular and a sweet version of party mix to give to my Bible study and my kids request it every year. I was able to pick up the Chex cereal for that mix at $2.50 a box. For cereal these days, that is a great buy. I picked up 4 boxes.
Yes, that is a good buy!
I never knew that bagels were made like that. wow. 😁 You taught me something today.
YAY! So happy the video was helpful!
Bagels look delish!! May try once I go thru breads in freezer!! I found sweet potatoes 29 cents per pound, no limit. Butter 1 lb 2/$4 limit 6. Purchase sausage patties, got 4 large croissants free!! Digital coupon $5 off butterball turkey $1.29/lb

Picked pumpkins from my neighbor’s pumpkin patch (with her permission of course!) Roasted pumpkins and made homemade pie crust for a homemade pumpkin pie. Remainder of pumpkin froze for future use. Bought 48 cans of cream of mushroom soup for 99 cents a can to stock pantry for the new year.
Oh how wonderful! Free pumpkins!
I love the stop and shop Savory Magazine

Hello lovely frugal friends ❤
Hello back Frugal Funster! Thanks for being here!
Those bagels look delicious. I was very excited to find a turkey for 49 cents a pound. Wishing you and your family a happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you! Blessed Thanksgiving to you as well!
Instead of driving 25 miles to Trader Joe's, which I love to do, I'm shopping local using coupons and walking to local markeet.
That's wonderful M M!
Our local Harps...free turkey after spending $100.
Got mine.
That's a great deal!
Bagels look great! I'm definitely going to make them. Gas in San Diego is SLOWLY coming down. Who knows for how long though...we're trying to reduce trips too.
Yes, it helps to reduce the trips for sure!
Love, love love this video, and can't wait to make the bagels. We like to have bagels every once in a while on a Sunday morning. Well, I got two bagels last week, one for my husband and one for me and was shocked after I paid. The bagels were $1.85 EACH! And, we don't get anything on ours. Yikes! I've been stocking up on things like canned pumpkin, and baking items for Christmas cookies. The days are flying by, whew!
So happy you enjoyed the video! Thank you so much Ally!
Your NY bagels are a must try!!! $2.19 for a bagel here, plus 8.5% tax, as they are considered prepared food, even though its just being tossed in the bag...$2.38

Those are some great prices!
Hey Emmy and Paul. Been watching y'all for several months now and can't seem to get enough. You are so inspirational. I jumped on the express beginning of summer so as my garden came in I was already thinking about Thanksgiving. I love to can and freeze but after watching y'all I started watching for the sale items. I have been slowly marking off my grocery list. Found sweet potatoes on sale two months ago canned them for the holidays. I only have a few items left to buy. I am 62 and I host and do the cooking for my bunch. Thanks to you two this year is smooth sailing. I can really enjoy the holidays and I have saved a ton of money! God bless you and may your holidays be as joyful.
Yay! We love to read comments like this. Thank you so much for sharing!
Today we hit the jackpot at Krogers.
We got 3 3# hamburger packages on clearance for $4.00 each.
We also got 5 1.5# packages of bacon for $4.00.
$1.00 boxes of turkey stuffing.
$.79 /# turkey $11.11 total for the bird.
We were thrilled with all the markdowns today.
YAY!! Rhonda how wonderful! Just in time for the holidays!
My Frugal purchases was .49 cent per pound turkeys. I got 4 and cooked two, pulled them off the bones and froze them. Then took the bones and made broth in the crock pot. Sweet potatoes .54 a pound, I got 5 lb. Through Ibotta I got a free turkey breast, a thing of sweet potatoes, pkg of gravy, and a can of cranberry sauce.
The other 2 turkeys were broken down, I gifted the leg quarters to someone with a smoker. I did bake the breasts from the other two turkeys for Thanksgiving.
I will be trying the bagels as they look beautifully delicious. They would be wonderful with my homemade apple butter.
You got some really great deals Julie!
Wegmans stopped making garlic bagels and raised the price so I’m definitely going to make these! I’ve been stocking up on Christmas food since July. I have nearly everything I need. Thank you for this video!
Good for you! You are way ahead!
On my frig is a list "mom's Christmas wish list" . The items I want to buy for Christmas candy, breads and cookies. As I see a sale I can pick up butter, chocolate, nuts, ect. Just had to be sure to tell my daughter that is for me to buy, not what I want for Christmas.
Dora what a great idea for the list!
Bought all food ahead for Thanksgiving, plus got a few bags of cranberries to use now and freeze for later. Walmart price this day $.98, so made cranberry muffins plus 5 bags in freezer
Great price! Thanks Paula!
I’ve been making my own bread rolls. They are 50p each to buy in the shop, I can make them for 4p. I must try your bagel recipe. Petrol (gas) is $7.44 a gallon here in the UK btw …
Thanks for sharing and watching!
Hi Emmy and Paul, I have been able to get cranberries for .99 a bag, 10 lbs of potatoes for 3.99, frozen veggies for .99 a bag and pumpkin for 1.99. You can do a nice Thanksgiving meal for a good price if you shop carefully.
I agree!! Sounds like you did great!
I really enjoy your watching your videos & gathering new frugal ideas. Those bagels looks delicious! I am including it as one of my goals to complete over winter when we are spending more time indoors and looking for things to do/make that will save us some money. Thanks for sharing the recipe with us. 😋
You are so welcome Becky!
Nothing but have saved for Christmas lunch roast chicken roast potatoes carrotts Brussels sprouts small Christmas cake custard buy one week before Christmas fully funded love hot chocolate movie night
That's so great Kerry!
I haven't made bagels since my daughter was really little. I need to get back to this! I also used to make english muffins. My gas budget has been really good as I work from home and we homeschool and only go out to church and the grocery store on the weekends. Every little penny helps!
I have stocked up on russet potatoes. 10lb bag for 1.99. I have also stocked up on canned pumpkin and choc chip and baking mixes but cannot recall their prices. I had a gift card squirreled away for the grocery store so I paid nothing officially out of pocket.
That's wonderful! Great prices on those items!
I have all my food for thanksgiving and Christmas including my special crack candy🌻
I’m going to try and get another Turkey and ham if their super cheap for New Years or later in the year.
Oh wonderful!!
Thanks for your video. You made "making bagels" look so easy. I need to try it. Bagels are getting more expensive. Even ShopRite bagel prices are going up. Looking forward to having a hot bagel right out from the oven.
Hope you enjoy! They are so good!
I had the pleasure last October eating bagels from Rhinebeck Bagels. Omg, I’d forgotten how good a real NY bagel can be. But I was shocked at the cost. I don’t need to eat a lot of bread, but I sure love it. I’m going to make your naan bread, however 😊
It's so good!
Well done on filling your cars once
I'm doing mine with a small amount of butter, steam them a bit and then bake. It's half a bagel, half Asian bao and 100 percent french taste for the butter it's not exactly a bagel 🥯 not exactly a brioche but it's tasty. Thanks for the sharing.
Oh my gosh that sounds great! Thanks Zohra!
We found some clearance chocolate chips of various types for our holiday baking needs, canned pumpkin, butter and the veggies like celery and onions. They go in everything right now
Sounds great! So great to buy ahead!
We are not big fans of Turkey so I am making a Mississippi Pot Roast. I bought the chuck roast when it was on sale for 3.99 lb. I bought a few roasts and put them in the freezer. I have everything else we need for dinner.
LOL! Paul doesn't like turkey either!
Hubby makes peanut brittle for family and friends. Various flavors. We have been buying all year long. The raw spanish peanuts I ordered in bulk the first of October. About 35 batches.
We try to get it all mailed out by December.
Oh how wonderful! Sounds yummy!
Here in the Southwest we add fresh green chillies to the cream cheese. I have to try your bagel recipe...sounds wonderful!
Hope you enjoy!
Walmart candy canes and chocolate kisses were on sale I hostess pj xmas party for girls night so I have started to pick up things on sale and just got tostitos in the shape of green xmas trees so cute but your beagal recipe looks amazing and I will be trying 2.60 for a butter beagle here .so I rather make my own thank you emmie🦋

LOL! YES!
We bought 2 turkeys at Thanksgiving as last year they were very high priced at Christmas and we did not buy.
That was smart!
Do you have a list of your recipes? I made your grandmother’s Sunday gravy and it was fabulous! I want to make it again and I need to know what kind of pork you used.
Yes! When you log onto our UA-cam home page there a tab called PLAYLISTS. They are all there by category. I used a pork neck bone. Just be cautious of the little bone fragments that can sometimes come from the neck bone.
Loved this video! I always forget about making bagels but will be making them this week. I saw that two stores in our area have sweet potatoes on sale 8 lbs for $1.00. 😮 I've never seen them that low and will be stocking up.
OH WOW! Great price!
Your bagels look so good! I’ve made sourdough bagels but haven’t tried yeast yet. I will have to try!
Hope you enjoy them!
Really like what you teach uthanls very much thanks🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks Deborah!
I love baking bread and each year I set a goal to try 4 new recipes and/or techniques. Bagels have long been on the wish list but I haven't tried them yet, so you have inspired me. Question.... I have made pretzels and pretzel rolls which are also boiled first. In the case of Pretzels, baking soda is added to the boiling water. Is that not the same with bagels?
No, the recipe did not call for it so I didn't add it. They came out great!
Emmy, we are carefully watching the loss leaders and grabbing those. I buy the max that the store allows, if it's a great deal, which is usually 2-5.
YES! So smart Stacey!
Really enjoyed your homey video today Emmy and Paul. Lovely bagels 🔥🏡.
Thanks so much Helen!
Sweet potatoes $. 69 a lb, and cranberry sauce for $1.65.
Good prices!
correction below, it was $50 to spend to get the turkey for .69 a lb.
That's great!
Those bagels are lovely! I’m totally making some! Thank you ❤
So yummy!
In Sweden we have to pay the double for gas...🥴🇸🇪
Ugh!
Thank you for the tutorial! I bake a lot of stuff but have never tried bagels. I will give it a go
They really are so delicious!
Hope you are not getting plummeted by the snowstorm hitting the Northeast this weekend! Oh my goodness...those bagels look sooooo good! Everything bagels are my favorite. I have a simple recipe for bagels that is just flour and plain Greek yogurt. Not as good as a NY bagel but a good, quick option. I am not hosting anything this year. I am joining a couple girlfriends for Thanksgiving dinner out and we will also go out for Christmas dinner too. But I have bought some items that are considered traditional holiday meal items like canned pumpkin because I like to give it to the dogs as they really like it and I also use it to mix in with instant vanilla pudding and some pumpkin pie spice for an old weight watchers dessert recipe. As always I've been grabbing frozen vegetables and anything else that I can find that I know I will use if it is on sale. With the cold weather that has come to the midwest, I want to make sure that I have some extra Staples in not only the freezer but also my pantry in case we get some unexpected snow and the trucks don't get to the grocery stores or the deliveries are delayed/suspended. That doesn't happen too often but it sounds like you up in the Northeast are really going to get hit this weekend. I pray everyone stay safe and stays inside like recommended. Some of the biggest problems come when people don't use common sense and stay off the roads. I know you and Paul have a good stock pile of items in your pantry and freezers so you will be fine I'm sure. And I'm sure Dixie Belle has plenty of kibble available for her too! I just bought a 30 lb bag of the Nutro Healthy Weight that my dogs eat a couple weeks ago so we should be good. I was also able to get a bag of their glucosamine / chondroitin treats that they get every other day on sale at Sam's club. I try to keep a bag of head so that I never run out. After some of the shortages in 2020/2021, I tend to keep a little extra stock more than I used to of some items that I really don't want to run out of. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I don't know if you will be taking next week off for the holiday or if you will be having a video on Tuesday or not. Whatever you do, I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Blessings to you my friends!
No storm here Rosemary. That huge storm is about 6 hours away in Western NY. Those in that area are in our prayers for sure! We will definitely have a video Tuesday but we will take Friday off to be with family and friends! A blessed Thanksgiving to you and yours as well!
@@FrugalMoneySaver I thought you were so much further south of the storm so I'm glad for that but I cannot believe the forecast that I'm seeing for the Buffalo area; four to six feet of snow?!?! I know they are used to getting a lot of snow in the winter but those poor people will be digging out next spring. It has been very cold here all week in Nebraska. It's only up to 30 and down into the teens and single digits in some areas overnight. Very grateful that all three of the dogs like to sleep on the bed with me as they definitely help keepe warm! Time to add another blanket on the bed as well. Anyway, I'm so grateful you and Paul will not be hit with this snowstorm but I am sure at some point you will get quite a lot of snow as well we here in Nebraska. I know the upper Midwest has aready been hit with snow. We had a few flurries the other day but nothing that could accumulate. Happy Thanksgiving to all of your followers here in the US. Hope everyone has a blessed and safe holiday!🦃🍁🥧
