I'm not really a huge "try-hard" when it comes to pve games but i always love to watch peoples who comes up witj insane start. Not gonna lie the Ruan Mei with Vonwack blew my mind, dunno why i didn't think about it before, i'll be sure to try to get mine on it ! Well played, really great video.
Mind if I ask what's the Vonwack for? I'm still a bit blur on why it's needed 😭

@@bluepomodoro3679it advances forward the character's action at the start of battle, so even with a lower speed they can act first. It's only for the first action though. It's useful with ruan mei because you activate her ult quickly.
@@bluepomodoro3679 Yeah basically yhey already answered but from my point of view, the really interesting thig is that it allows your ruan mei to use her skill first before anyone else (in case you can't use the skill outside of battle) and as the buff is tied to her effective turn, it lasts "longer" and allows you to have 100% uptime on it and buff your allies before theire actions with low speed. And as high speed gear are usually pretty scarce, it's always gfreat when you can find way to use char without those speed gears =). At least that's what i think =)
It pissed me off when i lost to yanqing at ruan mei's banner, now im more pissed because ruan mei opened up a lot of this kind of tech, welp better luck next time

@@Tururu134 You mean the skill buff stacking on ULT? Yes. You can also trigger some FUAs on it. For example, Himeko's ULT and breaking an elite/boss for her FUA both benefits from the stacked buffs.
That would require a lot of farming especially the eagle set with spd substats. Moreover the stat tuning 💀 so good luck.

Serval is one of my carries! I used her for this MoC first half too. It took me 3 cycles with Fu Xuan, Ruan Mei, and Tingyun.
I remember using Serval a lot in 1.0. Having so much nostalgia over her ultimate voice line right now. She carried me all the way through Jarilo VI. Shame she'd need a lot of work to shine alongside Kafka and Acheron. Would love her to get a 5* alter somehow lol

I just used Serval to curbstomp Aventurine in story mode right after reading a bunch of people complain about how hard he is to beat. She clearly needs more spotlight.

@@andreibanica4178 If you paid attention to my showcases where I use my Silver Wolf, I make sure to nerf her damage because that's the only thing that her eidolons do beyond E2. In most cases, my Silver Wolf is nerfed so badly that she is acting like she is at E0. It would help if you read what I wrote on SW's build showcase.

Is the Genius set on Serval an intentional choice for the defense ignore, or are the substats so good that you're willing to settle for a suboptimal set?
It's really not a sub-optimal set here when all enemies are weak to Quantum. It's a free 20% DEF ignore for all enemies. My Quantum set also has above-decent stats.
In this comp, considering the amount of DMG boost would it be better to use ATK Sphere rather than mkre boost?
I considered calculating it but didn't bother because I had no good ATK sphere.
Kinda wanted to ask since I'm lazy to do the math but is it better for serval to have S2 himeko LC or S5 breakfast?
S2 Milky Way should be better in a lot of cases. In this particular stage, S5 Breakfast isn't good because there's no mobs to kill unless you can figure out a rotation that lets the Prowler summons its adds.

I haven't seen cheap run yet that doesn't rely on limited eidolons. The issue with the Kafka-Swan pair is that Cocolia herself resists wind damage.

I believe there're all formula for calculating stats and damage on hsrwiki, the details of characters and enemies are also available. Hope this help

Guys can anyone help explain why Vonwacq is needed on Ruan Mei? Still a bit blur ngl
@bluepomodoro3679 It is because she is super slow but Vonwacq allows Ruan Mei to act first despite being very slow. This lets her utilize both her ultimate and skill before Serval moves a bunch of times. Since Servals is so obscenely fast from all the action advance and Ruan Mei is so slow outside her first turn it means that the buff from Ruan Mei lasts a very very long time since it is tied to how often Ruan Mei moves.
To add, you can also notice that the whole team acts before Ruan Mei on the 2nd wave because Vonwacq doesn't trigger there. This actually helps because if Ruan Mei is still faster than the team, her ULT will be disabled while the team attacks.
@@AzureDrag0n1 At first I thought it wasn't that big of a deal since you'll be using her technique anyways before each MoC boss run, which allows her to skill up anyways.
But true, now I can see the value since that extra first turn will helps build up her ult faster too.

Set matters of course, it's just that rainbow gears can be competitive as long as it has godly stats. Her current best set is Pioneer.

another great showcase! Yeah I definitely love this style more where I know what's happening during the run. Makes the whole thing more approachable. And each one of these pseudo 200 speed vids make me regret leaving Sparkle. Aventurine was definitely bang for the buck but still.
Also Lis would you be interested in making a F2P viable (gacha cones at S5 is fine) kinda vid for the current PF without Sparkle, featuring Serval? I have been struggling for days but the best I could get with a combination of Bronya, Tingyun and Asta was 29k. I do have a Ruan mei but she is busy helping the cryo team on side 1. Any video would do honestly as long as it's without Sparkle.
But even if you don't, I'll still love your channel
Serval, Bronya and Tingyun kinda sounds good already. Maybe just use a sustain instead of a 4th buffer. It's really hard to say cause I don't know your whole roster.
200 speed is basically not obtainable unless you farm a ridiculous amount of speed subs in wind set and have s3+ ddd. Sparkle is still really good though, with or without bronya.
And for pure fiction help, it would probably help to add more information. Is your issue dying due to no sustain? Not enough damage? Which buff are you using? General stats of serval(especially crit ratio)? If you don’t have sigonia planar set, I recommend farming or crafting some, 48 cv is insane.
My issue is not enough damage really. I swapped in huohuo instead of asta but I couldn't break through 30k in any of my runs. My supports are okayish and have been able to help me 36* moc consistently. But struggling massively in pf.
Tingyun is 150 speed with S4 dancex3, bronya is 144-145 with 2p hackerman currently, asta is 4p hackerman with meshing cogs. Serval is with S5 breakfast at 131 speed (spd boots), 67:160s cv.
@@mizuhashitsunoka One obvious problem I can see is that your Serval is fast but Bronya is still slightly faster. Serval can do the 134/135 speed setup with Bronya where Serval is 135 speed and Bronya is 134 speed. Asta cannot be in this team setup.

I really really want to use Herta again in MOC but there's just no fitting floor. 2nd side was almost good for Herta except Aventurine is alone on the 2nd wave.

I have them all with their sig lc, but I would never put them in the same team.

Not really. It depends. Pela and Tingyun are free who are very good at supporting certain characters.
Honestly Pela, Tingyun, and Silverwolf are OP on their own rights.
