@khoinguyen4975 She's dead, that's what the funeral was for. The funeral wasn't just for the characters, it came out after all the speculation on TY's fate. It was the developers telling players she's really dead.
Okay, you guys win. In celebration of the run, let me prepare a Xueyi guide. It won't be a super in-depth one though similar to what I did long ago with Asta's guide.
I would really enjoy an in depth one since on the basics there are already so many videos. But if you don't have the time it is of course understandable :)

Thank you for this. Her kit says that break effect is very important to her damage, but every build guide says that you just build her like any other dps; which led me to having subpar damage even with Ruan Mei. Definitely a character that needs an in-depth breakpoint guide for her stats.

Impressive and I agree with the end criticism of the pvp format. Very well thought out. Personally there should be more bans but the bans only apply to the enemy team and the team can build teams with the resulting characters.
This would just result in both teams banning Bronya DHIL and Jingliu. Even jf you increase Bans to 4, both teams would just ban esports and ban meta would be boring

It's not "probably". He clarified on his react video that their team strategy was indeed to go all in on Pokke's run. What people don't understand is that it was a team decision yet they keep blaming Doggo only.

Super fun to watch. I recently started playing and Bailu was my first 5*. I've been levelling with a very similar team (missing Hanya, and not farmed), and it was super fun to see that the characters I'm playing now are still good later in the game.
Sampo and Xueyi runs were really impressive ❤❤❤

@@zankoakurouchit was a dude on the "physical break Meta" video (hes the last comment) who was just being annoying saying that mrpokke had 0 cycled with e2 danheng with high investments while in that same video dreamy had done it in 1 cycle with low investment with her e6 silverwolf (which was heavily nerfed gear so it doesnt impact the experience of the viewer to be relatable), dreamy pointed that out and said that it was a matter of skill and that this would be proved with the hsr tournament where the player with better skills would win which led to this (she also proved the guy wrong on the "what REAL STRATEGY looks like" video where she uses e0 danheng with bronya).

The picking and counter picking system makes more sense in a PvP game like Epic 7, where your last pick can counter an enemy character, and they don't get the opportunity to ban it or pick a counter to it.
Great strat, I also agree about your pvp opinions it's tricky to make it perfectly balanced in a pve game. Something that I've seen other tournaments do is have moc 10+11 picks and bans, then a 2nd pick ban phase for moc12 where you can't use any of the previous characters and the other players goes first. I I feel like the roster is big enough now to pull this off

Yess I also was saved by my Sampo for first half! I tried to do it with standard Kafka team then was surprised I cleared faster when I took Kafka out, gave her LC to Sampo then used Raun Mei. Simply using on-element DPS is so important for fast clears.

i am quite surprised that it is entirely legal to pick 5 5 star character XD. i thought it was the same rule as genshin, where each team can only pick 1 5 star Character and 1 5 star Weapon if I'm not mistaken. not to mention the Eidolon is quite... menacing, to say the least. But you really manage to win is extremely amazing. keep up the good work!

Really good point about the first pick/last pick system. Perhaps team to go second should pick last 3 units all at once, so first-picker also gets last-pick - as last-pick is useless anyway?
Yup, a triple last pick would be better than this useless last pick.
If you dont mind answering, how do you juggle building all these characters dreamy? Between talents and relics, it feels like at most i can only gear 2 characters a patch at most.
I actually don't know. Sometimes I feel going crazy trying to remember which gear is on whom and which gear has which stats.

Watching the tournament video, I was incredibly surprised with the picks that both your and your opponent's team had locked in. No one had chosen a 5 Star DPS, and in doing so ended up highlighting the effectiveness of 4 Star alternatives and Supports that best brought out their potential.
It was interesting to see a little of the behind the scenes communication between you and your partner, which ended up creating a composition I don't believe anyone expected to see in a competitive field. All in all, I am thoroughly impressed. Your video brought even more information that enhanced the original tournament video whilst also portraying your original style.
I don't want to create too long a comment, so I would like to leave you with a few questions.
If you were to enter a similar tournament again, would you change your priorities with character bans? (I.E. Banning a Support or healer in the second ban slot.)
Did you have any alternative team comps in mind in case one of the characters you had wanted to pick had been taken by your opponent or been banned?
Finally, how do you see the rulings in tournament style HSR content changing as more characters become available?

1. I think banning meta damage dealers is still best.
2. There's really not much alternatives I can think of which is why we used our 3 early picks for all of our supports immediately. I already had the Tingyun Hanya pair in mind before going into the tournament.
3. I think the change in rules went slightly off direction since it allowed multiple eidolons even on 5-star characters and light cones. The 2nd pick probably needs a tri-pick on their last double pick just to balance out the advantage of 1st pick.
I'm a casual and I'm amazed on how people can so quick think of strats and team comps 😅
This was fun to watch! I didn't know about the DDD techs getting you to 200 speed. Do we have specific numbers to hit those speeds? Also was superposition level on DDD?
2x S5 DDD and 2x 4pc Messenger = 150 SPD requirement for Hanya and Tingyun. 160 if you want it to be not too tight.
Before i checked your explanation video and Xueyi's eidolons i thought you got my favourite character nerfed from 6 to 8 stacks.

A good video! Main issues I had with it would be the pronunciation of names like Fu Xuan and Xueyi. It's "syu-an", not "sch-wan", and for Xueyi it's "syu-ee".
Unfortunately, I can't teach the AI how to pronounce such words properly. The only indirect way to fix it is to fool the AI with certain spellings which is still a huge hit or miss.
Being able to use both sisters is nice. Also out of curiosity, who would be a good alternative Tingyun? Bronya or Ruan Mei perhaps?
No alternative to Tingyun if you're trying to achieve the pseudo 200 speed team.

@@josephoyek6574 been playing the game since may 2023, iirc. Finishing all quests, events, battle pass and simulated universe, memory of chaos andI bought like 5 of them with the currency you obtain when getting duplicates from pulling on any banners (aka « eidolons »).

How would you say Xueyi compares to QQ in terms of enemies/mechanics that one might be weak at that the other is strong against? If you're gonna put that in the Xueyi guide I'm okay with just waiting for that too. Trying to figure out if I should build E4 Xueyi when my QQ is E6 and pretty well-built already.
QQ is most likely still better. Xueyi relies too much on toughness bars.
