Hello Emmanuella, if you cannot directly download it, you can click the three dots on the upper right, select view raw data, copy and paste the content in your local working directory as a text file, normally it should work :)
Hello, I am using the tableau public on desktop and some of the feature were not present, But I had a issue with my Dashboard, the dropdown filter for title does not work for all the text box, SO the dashboard was not interactive the way it should be, could this be because of the software type I am using? We need to add to each row two values, one is 0 and the other is 270, these two values will be used when we only create the radial bar chart. This is why we use count distinct in the remaining charts because all the values are duplicated for the reason of creating the radial bar chart :) I hope I answered your question :)

Hello Santosh, actually I analyzed the dataset and created the different charts within the dashboard, so I did not follow any case study if that's what you mean :)
