But he has no penetration with his welds are very surface level they will never last 1 good bump or having to slam on the brake he will be walking, he only knows how to tack weld repeatedly, if your doing tutorial videos teach the right shit
We call it ticky tack welding at work or 'sam' welding after a welder named sam who would weld everything fucking like that. You can kinda get away with it on thin material with a mig but it's very prone, to cracking, cold role and inclusions. If done carefully it can be ok when welding oversized gaps on non critical or low stress welds but really it's just shit and only slightly better than glueing shit together
I hope you don't hit an immovable object, because that steering 'column' will core you like an apple. It was a common fault in American cars in the 30's thru to 60's. Otherwise go Lithium for long lasting power
Fun build Brother, but would suggest adding some support to the outer axle points. Those bike axles aren't designed to have weight applied to only one side. Especially if you over volt those motors! If the chain were to break when a back wheel snaps off at the axle...very bad things could happen! Like ...cut your arm or leg off kind of "Bad"! Be safe Brother! it's hard to build without hands! ;)
Instead of alternator better buy a cheap broken hoverboard and use the motors. To modify an alternator is more expensive because you need to buy the magnets and separatedly they cost a lot more than getting allready made motors from hoverboard.
At maximum power that motors with that size of back wheels it should be able to reach at least 80km/h (45mph) , depending on the gear ratio from the motor to the wheel, pretty Nice job, very good idea the double wheels and that motors are monsters be careful if you gonna use higher voltages
The thing is you get some trade-offs with wheel size. For uneven ground small wheels are dangerous, like with small wheels on scooters they are known to be rather unstable, where with larger wheels you have less rigidity. This is why people ultimately go for larger alloy wheels. If you want to go faster then you'll find this becomes more of an issue. Aerodynamics will also need to be considered. It's quite easy to knock up with some fibreglass fairing. Being low to the ground is good though.
this is the first time in 12 years since he's lived there that he was able to go down that alley because he's never fast enough to get past those dogs LOL
Simple, easy and fast.the battery is actually better for the weight.the best.now can you please show how to make that motor? If possible. Like from nothing.

If you have suspension and differential would be much better for softer & smoother ride ! ! Moreover, Safety feature is the MOST IMPORTANT factor for any build.
Albert, instead of capping the ends of the box why not curve them and sit the hubs in the recess? And, how about a smart potentiometer to create a differential function? Good work!
Yung aso! yung aso! :D Nice works Sir Albert! Planning to build one but having it as a stand up scooter, 4 wheels pa rin. ilang mm un thickness ng GI Tubular na gamit nyo Sir? Anong controller yun gamit nyo na may potentiometer (see 6:48 timeline) ? Thanks and stay safe Sir!
Excelente Ingenio. Muy buena la propuesta. Genial la doble llanta..Lo único que podría ser modificado, es la posición de los motores, y las cadenas más cortas, o ponerles tensores a dichas cadenas.. Y un par de refuerzos a la columna de dirección...
Welcome . We show you to make an electric generator that works from the rear wheel of a bicycle. It means an electricity generator by working on the bike and producing electricity from it

This was so refreshing 2 see stick welding, just tired of everyone picking up a MIG welder

Interesting welding technique. Guessing there is more than just tacks holding it together?

Hes doing a really nice job considering the fact that hes using an arc welder
Very good! Both of rear tires have their own engines respectively, free from differential gear.
I'm glad you know that it doesn't need differential gear 😁
I hope you don't hit an immovable object, because that steering 'column' will core you like an apple. It was a common fault in American cars in the 30's thru to 60's. Otherwise go Lithium for long lasting power

Amen. Before tilting steering columns many heads were removed by a steering wheel also here in Northern Europe.
This is a go kart not a car for the roads
@@AyyLarry There are immovable objects offroad too.
@@AyyLarry That is a foolish response. Moving objects can hit stationary ones.

Nice build but, it needs some improvements. A suspension, outer part of the hubs need support, a brace closer to the steering wheel.
Sir may challenge ako sayu. Pwede mo gawan ng self charging yung e bike mo.
Nice build, have you considered having a sprung seat to give a more comfortable ride?
Nice built! Sir Albert is a very humble and kind person. Salute to you sir!!!! Thank you so much for helping me with my bike batterry problem. 😎
ua-cam.com/channels/IVZgpUSCq8A8yQG10ewhIA.html
Your wheel bolts need support from both sides to keep from bending. Other than that great build
That's the first thing I noticed "the bolts", but like you said "good build!"
This car have break
ua-cam.com/channels/IVZgpUSCq8A8yQG10ewhIA.html
That is genius. I will do one like that, but using motor I made out of alternator. Thanks man.

@@mihaiilie8808 how about using motor starter?
@@latebloomer2 thats bad because it has brushes.Brushless motor from hoverboard is the best.
Steering column = the impaler!!! Fun project tho.

that's why I only use 12v 😅
ua-cam.com/channels/IVZgpUSCq8A8yQG10ewhIA.html
It will never go 45mph on 12v battery
Using outrunner motors wow
Well this man takes power to weight ratio seriously... ⚡💯
WOW! I love it! The next step would be to use a solar panel. Fantastic job bro! Simple, perfect.
Without Suspension it will be a Bone shaking experience any way nice attempt for a raw vehicle.
Cool! Imagine what this go kart could do with a 12s li ion / lipo battery and esc😃
😍
Look ma, no brakes!
The best and easiest project I've ever seen!!! Great Job!!! Congratulations from Brazil!!!

nice job. bet you wouldn't mind some suspension.
Very good. Great fabrication and problem solving skills.

Nice next add shocks
Интересная конструкция с сдвоенными колёсами, лайк, молодец!!!

Built someting similar about 8yrs ago for my daught. One issue i continually had was the constant torque beaking the spokes on the drive wheels.
It’s a good prototype but if you hit something that steering column is going through your chest...
I was thinking the same thing. Impaled through the chest by the steering rod!😣

Galing mo talaga idol. Another great build. Pero matagtag sya sakit sa puwet haha. Keep on doing marvels idol.

Looks like the first upgrade should be suspension.
Good build though.
48v, 190kv, 14" wheels, 1:4.2 sprocket ratio... nasa 110-130kph daw po yan as computed by Esk8 Calculator. Good luck po!
80 to 90kph lang siguro, too much wind drag.

Ces bien mes il faut une barre de direction plus grosse ou des suspensions car sa tremble trop la frère
esta muy bueno te felicito cuando pueda voy a fabricar uno
I get a feeling that while you used what you could get your hands on threaded rod might have been easier for the steering linkage.
May we kwon what sprokes and motors are You using ?

man your chain has a ton of slack on it, be careful dude
whats amazing is how often they weld galvanized and never get sick
Good!!! But with suspension better )))
Gostei...esses motores tem comunicação entre se? Numa curva o de dentro girar menos que o outro?
Até pode ter, tem q configurar os VESCs
very cute! very beautiful & useful.
do you supply this device to Northeast India? how much rupees will it charge?
