For me, the view of empty spaciousness is significant BUT the FEELING of it is both profound & yet indescribable other than thrilling or joyful. Wnen i first noticed my body is INSIDE of me - still, silent presence - it felt WONDERFUL! This comes & goes yet its quite easy to recover when i remember that i am just presence rather than a temporary material form. Thank you for the insight/practice. ❤
Because your head can only be seen by an external observer, and in the mirror you see your head, but that's only the light bouncing back to your pov from an external source. From your pov you are simply a vessel for conscious experience.

And how come you can look at the projection in the mirror put makeup on/ hair etc and can feel the sensations in the “space” please.

Why do we agree rest of the body exists when we are able to confirm on mirror but not the head?
