I was an international student back in 1971. I went to university to study engineering at the same time I taught martial arts. I continued to do both work and martial arts after I graduated and got a job. I have been to a few countries and always search for a proper understanding of martial arts and medication.
By far, he is the most complete human being who can deliver his daring thoughts. He is by himself and the only self that I know in this world who can deliver very touching and sensitive messages.

No registrations, no memories, no volition, no attachments from a center, only absolute stillness, relating to the exact situation time and space put us. So simple yet so hard to put in action. Thanks K and friends

As far as I am aware, nobody else I have ever come across discusses these topics things and with such eloquence and clarity. JK was a very special being and we are blessed to be able to be in the energy of his discourses again, just like those that came to see him in Brockwell Park etc.. I have only once in my life come across a person who questions like JK. Questions that are starkingly obvious to enquire into when they are uncovered. There is a blindness in humanity and it is evidently the powerful and rich who need to keep it that way. Be a shining star amongst the darkness 🙏

The whole talk is meditation...what a great summary
The gist is being totally and utterly Present in the moment with all your senses and observe everything inside and outside oneself without any judgement

@38 min. "Can you stand, can you tolerate, that there is no tomorrow, psychologically? Can you? That is part of meditation - to find out: Psychologically, there is no tomorrow." That was the moment he collapsed my sense of an ongoing self. Half way through the video, suddenly I knew that this is the only "I" there is and I have no tomorrow. A shot of adrenaline and weightlessness and emptiness and liberty. It's been a long time.

Does anyone else feel extraordinary empathy for him? Something about him, his manner, everything about him, moves me to tears and I'm not sure why.
I first thought it was sadness driven by pity for him, but that doesn't feel right -- I feel like there is something very exposed about him, like I can see, perhaps better, sense an immense suffering in him, or the deep marks of one past, that he now chooses to traverse again as he talks.
I also want to feel a deep respect for him, which is paired with a hope that he was as courageous as I imagine him.

Perhaps it is recognition of a person who had nothing to hide, nothing to fear, nothing to crave. Our hearts have been hijacked into hiding/fearing/craving. Without those, the heart is simply there, and there is a quality of openness that is heartbreaking - the heart that has broken free.

It’s not about sitting down and crossing your legs , it’s about becoming meditative. From what I understand, becoming meditative means , being completely in the present without thoughts from the past flooding your mind or illusion of the future taking you from now through hope . Meditation is the ability to be present in the gift of the present .

To ask what is meditation is beginning of meditation. Meditation is not something that you do.

    • @mikeq5807
      @mikeq5807 2 роки тому

The beginning of meditation can be crisis, it can be receptive silence.
Usually there is a catalyst that initiates it. Once you experience it, you should be able to access that deeper inner realm naturally.
The reason there is mystery is because it has not yet been experienced. In such a case, be receptive and quiet and still and patient. Insights will come. The feeling is that you are teaching yourself.
Your current level of consciousness is what causes your choices.
      Your choices cause your experiences.
      Your experiences elicit meditation.
Meditation awakens, enlightens, causes insights and epiphanies. It is the womb of wisdom.
When understanding evolves, choices evolve. When choices evolve, so does the level of consciousness.
This is the essence of death and birth. This is what it means to be born again, thoroughly misunderstood by Christians.
Simply put, look within, observe your life (and learn from it,) behold the treasures of your life.

what think? time is an invisible line segment starting but ending when direction changes. created segment is colored by its form and interpretation makes it so (time). there is no time, as whole. time is only personal directional line segments of space, controled by its direction. would be better if continuous directional line with one start and on end. but is only segments of forms, like a photo, that can only be observed at another time, when direction has changed.
thank you for helping me clean up the directional path.
this helps me light up the rooms in my home that previously going out, one by one the room light is going out. John boy in Waltons. good night. ❤
