Fun Fact: Deadpool is one of those dudes and characters in the fictional world that could break 4th wall. That's why he is always seen talking to the screen and to the crowds/watchers. That's the main reason why most characters tends to think he is just a crazy dude, who makes no sense. To the point that he always makes sarcastic and humorous comments and references from other movies and characters.
I mean thats not just why people think he's crazy. He as a lot of mental issues in pretty much every comic he's ever been in. at least 2 main personalities/voices and depending on what storyline we talk about, a lot more then that
The reason Wade looks like he was burned isn’t because of the treatment. It’s because he has such aggressive cancer throughout his body, and his healing powers are constantly pushing the tumors and cancerous cells out of his body, which means to the surface. So you see his cancer on his skin. That’s also why he looks a little different each time you see him.
In the itsy bitsy arc (Spider-Man/Deadpool 2016), it was revealed that there was a psychological reason which was kind of interesting but I don't think it was canon or anything
Yeah, mutate healing forces the cancer out, but it also heals the majority of cancerous cells, so they can't just be eliminated or absorbed. His disease is just as hearty as his healthy tissue.
In some of the comic art I remember, when his mask was off it looked like his skin was boiling. From the aggressive super mutant healing factor working to overcome his cancer.

I love how they went from confusion about how this was a superhero movie because it was so violent, to baying for francis's blood at the end. There were pleas for mercy and they were having none of it.
The "within 500 yards of a school" was a reference to laws in some places barring sex offenders from living within a certain distance of schools. @Thane36425 There's no need to assume Colossus was stronger in the comics than the film despite him having trouble in that fight. According to Marvel, Angel Dust has no known limit to her strength (it increases as her adrenaline goes up, sort of like the Hulk getting stronger as he gets angrier).

DP is an example of an "anti-hero". A bad guy who over takes other bad guys who are far worse. He's usually someone that the audience roots for. Other examples would be "Leon" in "Leon: The Professional" (1994). Mel Gibson's character in "Payback" (1999). And Charles Bronson's character in "Death Wish" (1974), and maybe the character, Arthur Fleck in "The Joker" (2019). Even Batman would be considered an Anti-hero since he's a vigilante and therefore a criminal, but someone who fights even worse criminals that Police have been unable (or unwilling) to catch. The most famous TV anti-hero would probably be Walter White of "Breaking Bad" (2008 -2013).
This was lovely - seeing the three of you appalled by the opening violence but gradually being won over by Ryan Reynold's charm, Deadpool's heroic journey, and the love story. Great reaction 😊
My understanding is that a LOT of effort went into the localization of this movie for different cultures and languages- some jokes rewritten by comedians in a way that could use local cultural references and adapt word-play to the local language in order to preserve the quirky flavor of the humor. I imagine just watching it in English, even with subtitles, could be very confusing sometimes. Another part of Deadpool's humor is that he, as we say "breaks the 4th wall"- which means he speaks directly to the audience. He does this in his comic books too; he is self-aware that he is a comic-book character and speaks to the reader.
Speaking of localization, because Deadpool wears a mask most times, translators were able to dub his dialogue anyway they chose instead of being constrained to matching the number of syllables. The French language track has some gems. For instance when Deadpool refers to Dopinder as "my slender brown friend", in French he calls him "my little overcooked samosa".
Deadpool was originally a comic book character from the 90s; he was created by an actual teenaged kid (he was maybe 16 years old if I remember correctly?) named Rob Liefeld. Rob was supposed to be the next bit talent, and a lot of his initial work was incredibly popular (though not always particularly good), including Deadpool. But his career sort of fizzled out for a lot of different reasons (some of which were his fault, some of which weren't), and he's never quite lived up to or lived down his early success. In the comics, Deadpool usually either has his own books or he teams up with the X-men (a team of superheroes that has been publishing comics non-stop since 1963). At the time they made this movie, the producers (basically) couldn't afford to include most of the other X-men, who had their own series of movies. The exceptions are Colossus (who older fans appreciate, but isn't key to any major story lines) and Negasonic Teenage Warhead.
One of my favorite lines was from Hella near the beginning of the movie. “Wait, so which side are we?” 😂 Deadpool does blur the line between good guys and bad guys.

Because of this R-rated film, we got the R-rated film LOGAN. This is as close to the comic book as we can get. DP asking for Francis from the bad guys is funny because they only know him as Ajax. Another good Ryan Renolds film is Free Guy.
@@sirmoonslosthismind it’s a movie about a superhero. From Wikipedia: "An antihero (sometimes spelled as anti-hero) or antiheroine is a main character in a narrative (in literature, film, TV, etc.) who may lack some conventional heroic qualities and attributes, such as idealism, courage, and morality. Although antiheroes may sometimes perform actions that most of the audience considers morally correct (like saving the girl), their reasons for doing so may not align with the audience's morality (not because he's trying to protect her, but because he wants to sleep with her)." As usual, it was a pleasure to watch you ladies to react to one of my favorite movies. I didn't expect so much hiding your eyes behind your hands, but your delighted squeals of disbelief were fun. I'm glad you liked it.
I like your reaction.Deadpool's girlfriend is played by Morena Baccarin. She starred in one of my favorite sci-fi tv series Firefly, which lasted only one season and has a movie to conclude. The show is a sci-fi show about a crew who smuggles idems through space while also taking on passengers. Each episode is different as different passengers come on board with their own stories. It is also a western with sci-fi elements as the crew travel to different planets.
A fun joke that was edited out here ( reactors have to edit it down to avoid copyright problem ) was "It's like the studio could only afford two of X Men to be in the movie." - DP
Ladies, when Wade warned the guy in the bar that he's 500yds from a school... It is a reference to people caught with kiddos. When they get out of jail, they are not allowed to get anywhere near schools or daycares, etc... So he sarcastically called him a childmol ess ter.😆
First Deadpool appeared in New Mutants comics, along with Domino and Gideon. A decade later, another creative team made him funny. That's the Deadpool we see here. The funny one, not the Liefeld one.
In the comic, Wade Wilson's past depends on the continuity, but his most consistent comic book origin story is being a former special forces soldier who worked as a mercenary assassin until he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and then entered the Weapon X Program (of which Wolverine was a part of) when normal treatments failed. Hoping to get cured and become a hero, Wade received an experimental treatment derived from Wolverine, a mutant with a Healing Factor. He gets the healing factor along with enhanced physical abilities, but there's a catch: Wade's healing factor rapidly repairs and replicates cells, so it cures his cancer, then quickly brings the cancer cells back, and eradicates them again and again. So, not only is he physically ruined, but his mental sanity takes a dive. To make the movie more self-contained (and leave some room for any future films on the Weapon X project), Deadpool's power in this film is from his own innate mutation rather than from Wolverine. 8:31 Nope. Bullets lose energy as they pass through solid objects; what happened was that the bullet went through two brains and four layers of skull, so there wasn't enough energy left over to cause more than a simple flesh wound on the last person in that line.
Deadpool's unique quirk is his self-awareness that he is in a movie/comic, hence him speaking directly to the audience .He also tends to make references to other movies that are either within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, or other popular media ( e.g Calling Negasonic "Sinead", a reference of an Irish singer , or the 127 Hours spoiler ). He is also what is known as an anti-hero, which means although he doesn't have the typical heroic qualities , he is not a bad person. With regards to his types of humour, if you haven't been exposed to the slangs/ origins of some of his figure of speeches. it can be confusing because it tends to only work with the English language.
This is my favorite teaction so far! I love you ladies! A few things just in case you didn't get it: Deadpool's power is amazingly powerful healing Negasonic Teenage warhead's power is being able to control and manipulate energy. And finally, in the comics, Deadpool's girlfriend Vanessa becomes a mutant as well called Copycat and she is COOL! Thanks again! Waiting for the next one!

8:30 "He's a superhero too." No, this is the bullet Deapool used to shoot those last three guys all at once. It lost most of its energy going through the first two guys' heads, so the third one's skull was strong enough to finally stop it.
Tien gets so brutal with "skin him and leave him alive! He won't die but will live in pain!" Tien, I thought you were just a crazy sweetie girl! 😱😱😭😭😭😭😫😫😫😫
superstar singer Celine Dion called Deadpool "Spiderman" when she got into an argument with him in her music video for "Ashes". Deadpool was in the video and does some contemporary modern dancing while she is singing. And the teaser trailer for DP 2 has him noticing an old man getting mugged by some punk. DP right away heads for a nearby public payphone booth to change into his costume (just like Superman did). Unfortunately he took too long (also took the time to make a quick phone call), and the old man died. But DP consoles himself by eating the old man's groceries consisting of Ice cream. And also asking himself the important question, "WTF is a payphone booth doing in a street corner?" The video is called "Deadpool Tries to Stop a Robbery...". None of the scenes appear in the sequel.
My only complaint is that they didn't give Deadpool a second internal voice, otherwise it's almost perfect. In the comics he has thought bubbles/narration in two different colors, and it would have been funny to have Ryan Reynolds doing a funny voice (or even better, having Hugh Jackman impersonating Ryan Reynolds 🤣🤣🤣)

I never knew who this was until my friend said i was like Deadpool without the healing factor, So i ended up watching it and it was great haha, Great reaction all thank you so much.
So your friend has a cat.
@@treetopjones737 Nope, But i would take a dump in its itty litter if they did whahaha
I love to see how girls' attitude towards violence changes during the film and how happy they are when DP shots last guys😁
I wonder how much more they would enjoy the movie if they got all the references for his jokes 😂
SO many reactors jumped right into Deadpool without watching any of the X-Men ones previously, and missed so much.
DP jokes about a Liam Neeson movie franchise for example.
How nice! I was just thinking a day or so ago, how I'd like to see a Deadpool reaction, and these lovely ladies answered my prayer. Thank you!
I always enjoy movie munchies but I’m so happy to see Chi back.❤❤❤❤
The first act is probably hard to follow if you aren't familiar with the 'X-Men' series. Very popular comic. Good movies, too, for the most part.
too adorable.. all the things going on in the beginning of the movie and they were more worried about people being stuck in traffic...lol
30:22 Tien looking for his balls 🤣🤣🤣
52:57
"take his skin of"
damn tien youre savage
hahahahaha
At 52.58, Tien said, "take his skin off", when Deadpool had Ajax down & ready to headshot him.
At 53.28 she said, "you can keep him alive, but take his skin off. He will live like that forever. He cannot heal his skin." Wow, just imagine if she was a mutant out for revenge ! Piss her off & somebody's going to lose a lot of weight because Tien doesn't play around ! She'll leave you with nothing but bones ! She got that fire in her heart. I like that. She's not too sweet. She's a little bit bitter with some bite ! That's how you deal with villains in the comic world, headshots & skin removal.
That's TIEN-STYLE !
Because of this R-rated film, we got the R-rated film LOGAN. This is as close to the comic book as we can get. DP asking for Francis from the bad guys is funny because they only know him as Ajax. Another good Ryan Renolds film is Free Guy.
Logan is lowkey the best superhero movie out of any of them.
@@samrogers5090
_logan_ isn't a superhero movie at all.
@@sirmoonslosthismind it’s a movie about a superhero. You could break it down into further sub genres if you want but Logan is a superhero movie like Deadpool is a superhero movie like watchmen is a superhero movie. That term doesn’t reference the style it references the subject thank you for the needless correction that isn’t correct. Just because it’s a a deconstruction or a post-superhero movie it’s still a superhero movie. Just because it isn’t a typical superhero movie doesn’t mean it isn’t one it’s an evolving term.
@@samrogers5090
are you proud of yourself? your definition is meaningless. by your definition, i can make any movie a superhero movie by releasing a sequel that reveals that one of the characters was a superhero all along. the identity of the subject doesn't make it a superhero movie. the triumph of a fantastical force of good over a force of evil makes something a superhero move. _logan_ is a western.
@@sirmoonslosthismind yes and my logic works. Apply this to the movie split. Am I proud of myself what are you talking about you’re the one that came into trying to correct something that didn’t need correcting. That’s very annoying.
"So Deadpool is a good guy or bad guy?"
Yes.
15:04 "oooohhh... [lipsmack]." -Tien
goddamn! 😍
FINALLY I have waiting to see their reaction to deadpool
I can't wait them watching deadpool 2😊😊😊
Out today on our patreon page and we will edit for UA-cam soon
14:05
Chi's face is priceless!!
I'd give my kidney to know what she's thinking about!!
These ladies are really beautiful and at the same time they be funny as hell lol
In reality, Ryan Reynolds can be this funny in person. He's a really nice guy who is from another part of my city, close to where one of my sisters lives. Despite his fame he's a very humble person.
I laughed when you all went "Ooooh" as he took off his shirt. 😂 I don't mind feeling a little envious of him when I see my own 'dad bod' 🙃😁 because he's such a nice guy. But I earned my dad bod by raising my sons who are about the same age as you all, Hella, Chi, and Tien. ♥
Alright!!!! I'm first!!! Love Deadpool ❤️ and love you as well...❤cannot wait for you to react to Deadpool 2...
you typed too much! you came in third.
Not on my phone @@YoureMrLebowski
Deadpool 2 we watched on Patreon already it will be out here next week 😁
"And that's why Regina rhymes with fun"
"No it does not"
I'm sad she didn't get the joke, but at the same time glad she didn't get the joke lol
Deadpool raises up his mask "He was in a fight...A lot of fight." Lmao!!!
The thought that no one knows who Francis is always makes me crack up at the suit making/killing montage 😂
49:19 "why not on the Balls??" Tien is so funny HAHAH
Deadpool would be considered an anti-hero. The humor in the Deadpool movies are so good.
It was a pleasure to watch this movie with you all!!
I didn't remembered it as funny
"Take his skin off"???? Dang, you are savage, lady!
46:43
... And that's why I love Hella above all !!
she has a lot of charm.
@@YoureMrLebowski I met this channel because of you
Thank you galore!
There is a short scene AFTER the credits where Deadpool talks to the audience. And there is an after credits scene in Deadpool II.
A fun joke that was edited out here ( reactors have to edit it down to avoid copyright problem )
was "It's like the studio could only afford two of X Men to be in the movie." - DP
Negasonic Teenage Warhead did appear in spin-off comics of the X-Men before this movie, but she doesn't look, act or have powers like this one.
Ladies, when Wade warned the guy in the bar that he's 500yds from a school... It is a reference to people caught with kiddos. When they get out of jail, they are not allowed to get anywhere near schools or daycares, etc... So he sarcastically called him a childmol ess ter.😆
13:30 BEST SCENES
From what I understand, Deadpool was made to mock the mainstream hero tropes: he's an obnoxious, dirty-minded hitman. Perfect for comedy.
First Deadpool appeared in New Mutants comics, along with Domino and Gideon.
A decade later, another creative team made him funny.
That's the Deadpool we see here.
The funny one, not the Liefeld one.
Ryan Reynolds was perfect to Deadpool especially since he's always played characters that are exactly like Deadpool.
Letting you know this Beautiful Trifecta is The Show everyone wants to see everytime.😎 Adding more friends is ok to😁
In the comic, Wade Wilson's past depends on the continuity, but his most consistent comic book origin story is being a former special forces soldier who worked as a mercenary assassin until he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and then entered the Weapon X Program (of which Wolverine was a part of) when normal treatments failed.
A few things just in case you didn't get it:
Deadpool's power is amazingly powerful healing
Negasonic Teenage warhead's power is being able to control and manipulate energy.
And finally, in the comics, Deadpool's girlfriend Vanessa becomes a mutant as well called Copycat and she is COOL!
Thanks again! Waiting for the next one!
She: Aww Deadpool, this is your movie. You can do everything you want..
Deadpool: "I'm touchng myself tonight!"
JUST EPIC!! 😎
29:02 "Oh! I- No, I think he, he... he, he have something in his mouth."
Ah. Well spotted.
8:15 "Like as a reward?"
That's why I watch this channel.
I find myself very distracted by the extreme beauty of these three ladies.
🙏☺️
@@Movie.Munchies 🥰
Deadpool is a Antihero. But a good Antihero. His Jokes are risque and his Language is crude. he is the Hero for the 21st Century.
Ladies, look awesome this Time. Greetings from Austria! 💞💞💞
Chi-the brutally honest Chi.
“Dont’t be so honest”. Even avocados are loved by their parents.
Nice Choice Ladies, Another triple reaction, Epic!
37:58
She just won my heart!!
The only other successful comedy superhero movie I can think of would be Kick-Ass. That would be worth a reaction, too.
12:25 "We should learn how to do that." I mean it's definitely a good defensive skill to know in a pinch.
"Why does he look like Spiderman?" In the comic his outfit is an inside-out Spiderman costume.
start of movie: OMG ewww. End of movie: HIT HIM TAKE HIS SKIN OFF! 🤣🤧
I always look forward to their reactions. Keep making us smile. :)
you girls understood more of the jokes than I thought... good job. great reaction
I like that they were wincing at all the violence, then by the end "Take his skin off!". 🤣
These 3 are so innocent it's cute. The 500ft of a school is a pedophile joke.
awesome reaction girls. deadpool is one of my favorite super heroes, ryan reynolds as deadpool really nailed it, he's hilarious actor, fun fact: deadpool is from the comics, and ryan reynolds is a big fan of the comic book, most of the scenes were exactly from the comic book and the movie deadpool ryan reynolds is the main writer of the movie, everything was from him. there is a deadpool 2, i recommend you watching that if you are interested, you wont be disappointed.
He won't die but will live in pain!"
Tien, I thought you were just a crazy sweetie girl!
😱😱😭😭😭😭😫😫😫😫
superstar singer Celine Dion called Deadpool "Spiderman" when she got into an argument with him in her music video for "Ashes".
Replace the R in Regina with a V and what does that sound like. Fun.
