Great review Jay, I've got one with jammer Arms as well on its way. For the issues with face pulls etc, buy a couple of DIY pulley systems from ebay, strap them over chin up bar and connect to the bottom cable, with the top ends of both cables being clipped together in the middle at the top and just connect your cable attachment to that. It's about £33 investment and also means you can do flyes as well
Thanks Emma. We decided to keep this due to how good it was. Hope you enjoy... if you used the link I will use this for a competition :). Hope you enjoy
Can you do flies with this equipment and the cable pulleys what's the max weight I know you said 70kgs but need something abit heavier and the pulley cable be upgraded for heavy duty lifting?
How is this rack holding up, Is it still your go to rack? Considering this or the primal V3 but this is half the price. Do you find it moves/wobbles much?
@@HomeGymUkCommunitythanks mate. Any issues with incline Bench press? Someone has mentioned some difficulty as their bench doesn't fit fully, might just be their bench tho
Must be there bench, Ive used the primal FID, musclesquad phases 2 EF FID bench and the ironmaster superbench. Zero issues with any of them benches. Often see me doing this excerices on my personals homegymviking account on IG
Can the landmine attachment and multi handle bar take 1 inch bars? I'm really interested in this rack but I have loads of 1 inch plates & bars and don't want to get Olympic stuff yet. Thanks and great review!
Depending what bench you own you can press flat, incline and decline. With the safety its perfect for other presses to such as shoulders and also squats. The cables and landmine make this incredible value.
Hi Ben, I have 6ft bar from northern and it fits it. Aswell as my primal swiss bar. If you consider this could you use the link, we also have a 5% discount code now too :)
@@danieljames7300 the 5% discount code is due back up this month. Ill chase Musclesquad with this. I have an international 6ft bar and ot fits perfectly
@@HomeGymUkCommunity awesome! I’m looking to make a purchase of this particular rack today or tomorrow for the new garage and your review helped make that choice! Great review!
@@futbol1972 adjustable means you can lower or put higher the pulley's height. Like you can pull it down close to the ground to do seated rows or place it high to do pull downs behind neck or put it in the middle to do to twists or pec fly. Or at ANY height.
Been looking for ages. Thanks so much for this, ordering mine today
Thanks man

How smooth is the pulley system please?
Very smooth imo, feel free to ask other members in our Facebook group to get more than just my opinion

Does anyone know what the pin hole diameter is? I know it’s a 60mm frame but can’t find anywhere that says the size of the holes itself.
I would also be keen to know this, have you manage to find out?
@@eliothowes5677 no luck yet
Pin holes are 1.5cm.
