There are some who don't understand dyslexia so i'll copypaste something i commented on one of Kaif's VODs. Dyslexia doesn't just jumble up the words, it's not exactly an exclusively visual thing. It's a brain thing where understanding stuff becomes harder because the brain refuses to process things properly. Like how your sight focuses on one thing and the brain has to fill in the gaps on your peripherals? Yeah, it's like that BUT it also happens to what we're directly looking at. Like we can focus on looking at a word, but the brain keeps filling in a gap that isn't there so we read it at something else. Because our head's not wired properly like the cables in high end PCs. Most mildly dyslexic people probably are unaware they're dyslexic. I had it for so long and i didn't even know it was dyslexia until i had confirmed it well after college, when i had it checked out by a doctor. So for the longest time i honestly thought i was just a complete moron. It sometimes hurts having to focus hard on something but it's the only way for you to not confuse shit. Even writing or typing takes alot of bit of effort when still learning it but it eventually gets easier through muscle memory. The whole short attention span is the result of our brains automatically making sure not to focus too hard on one thing because it something hurts. I have to read things three times sometimes because sometimes the sentences don't make sense, i go back and read it again, still doesn't make sense. Then the third time, it suddnely makes sense because i realized which word/s was/were wrong in it and focus on it. And i might also like to mention that i have apparently amazing vision, more so than normal. So i can be dyslexic from over 50 feet away! Oh and i also have the jumbling up left and right thing. I genuinely didn't know which was which until High School.
@@ArawnNox I'm not as severe as Glen, but that happens to me from time to time. I can hyperfocus on one specific thing and the inverse happens where my brain stops filling in gaps in the peripherals and just focuses on that single thing.

When Glen confused where they are on the gas station map, while 3 of them standing in open, if you check Glen stream its insanely dark like genuinely i even hard time to find them. Though there some like people hiding behind object or crouching beside a locker and glen not see them, its just glen being glen.
I love how they analyzed Glen. Hahaha. They maybe didn't knew his condition since it's not really always mentioned. I actually learned of the meaning of dyslexia after watching SR 2 years ago. I first learnt about it on an Among Us video when Kaif was griefing that Glen was doing a task while the oxygen is depleting and Kaif told the chat 'He's dyslexic, he's gonna take too long!'
Ironically, SR has basically become the vanoss crew for me; I watched them a lot when I was a kid, but basically stopped in high school and ever since college all I’ve consistently watched is SR. Pretty weird

Glen is so gigabrain that it takes some time for him to act, hence why he seems slow. It's painfully obvious that he's contemplating over 1000 different scenarios his head all at once and so he tries to pick the best course of action while doing so. He's possibly got the biggest gigabrain of all the group that I'm genuinely surprised that he isn't Dr. Strange, I mean for all we know he might be because have you ever seen Glen and Dr. Strange in the same room? You haven't, I haven't, no one has, therefore for all we know he could very well be a superhero.
i have dislexya too but mine is to read and write slow and to confuse left from right, in any games with my friends im not alowed to coordinate the group because i end up telling everybody to go left when i wanted to go right

I have not been formally diagnosed but can tell you I often misread words with some rather hilarious results at times 😏 just gotta take life in stride and do what we can do, eh Glen? 😉 💗 Still luv you & want you to know this world would be so much darker without that bubbly laugh of yours!
