Made this dish yesterday for the in-laws. I served it chilled for lunch, and it was a big hit with grilled fish!
I modified a bit with 1/2 Tbl fish sauce and a splash of coconut vinegar, and added slivered red bell pepper with the onion to add a little color.
As always, I very much appreciate not only your recipes ( which I have fried most) but also your entertaining videos.
