14:30 At least in Tandy's in the USA, there is also a water-based contact cement that claims to be used by European luxury bag manufacturers. They may be one and the same - It also has the same spoked bottle cap, is around the same size, and is similar in color (of course, most water based glues come in similar sizes and are similar colors).
