"Prehistoric Loser" is such a good band name lol but the body language bit is so true! My ex used to make fun of me for "walking like a cheetah on the hunt" fast and a bit menacingly yet I went from constant catcalls, because I look about 15 even though I'm an adult, to barely any. I'm skinny and only average height BUT I look like I will put up a big fight, and predatory men don't want to deal with that. I also WAS attacked when I was 14 and I got away by pulling out his eye, I have no regrets about that and would do it again if I had to even though it was disgusting and traumatic, being raped is infinitely more traumatic so I did what I had to do. Confident and even intimidating body language is so important and has improved my life a lot. Plus the men who approach me are less likely to be predatory themselves they are more likely to be confident and just appreciating that I am confident too!

I just started the video, but my daughter was an easy target for bullies. She was sensitive and nice and wanted everyone 2 be her friend. I put her in boxing and she learned how to throw them hands. And i told her dont start fights and when someone fucs wit u, u let them know you aren't the one to fuc wit. Drag her ass was my advice lol

@MindfulAttraction2.0 I agree and believe it's helpful to know different ways of meditating because some can be more helpful than others. For me personally, I find simply observing which thoughts naturally come into awareness without any attachment or judgement is the easiest way to become aware of where I'm at mentally and emotionally. It can take a little practice to not judge but it helps so much and trains one to be less judgemental of others. Self awareness is a great place to start when trying to see what others have told you about yourself. You may even find that some people aren't really seeing you for who you actually are and that is okay. Many people will project their own stuff onto you and if you are self aware, it can help you to avoid buying into their vision of you.
