    The 2017 NBA draft class has been heralded as one of the best in several years. There are many extraordinarily talented prospects available, and it’ll be interesting to see how that impacts the number of first-round picks moved before next month’s NBA trade deadline. In the video below, I am breaking down the best prospects in the draft class.

    Lonzo Ball's perspective on the game of basketball will be valuable to a team's culture that is lacking identity.

      Anthony Rogers actually he would as Simmons is already a pass first person and Ball is too so they could really help space the floor and be great floor generals

      Brady ! Lonzo should stay in school for 2 more years; then he'll become a solid pro,maybe not a superstar.

    In sports Finns often develop physicality later than NA athletes. The weaknesses you mentioned on Markkanen are the very reasons he came to play in NCAA. More than high pick I hope he gets drafted in the right team for him.

    Appreciate the fact that Dennis Smith Jr is listed in the title here. He's been kinda lost in the shuffle amongst other big names. I've been a big fan of his since HS. Think he's gonna be a beast in the league

      Bling Bling just because you lead in a team in college doesn't mean you're guaranteed to be a lottery pick. doesn't work that way. Grayson Allen led duke last year as their best player, but Ingram was obviously the best NBA prospect. Better college player and better NBA prospect is two different things

    Justin Patton low key might have one of the brightest ceilings in this draft. I've seen just about every game and he's done some things that I've rarely ever seen a big man do before. He's shown flashes of a terrific post game, range, ball handling, as well as passing. He just needs to get bigger and polish that offensive game and he could be a superstar.

    +Kent Jackson nice work with the video, and liked your predictions.. I enjoyed the footage, and learned about some new prospects I haven't seen before.. Nice to see the progress, and update from the last video. I am looking forward to the next one as the season continues.. What stands out to me the most is how deep this draft class really is.. You mentioned "that in 2015 a record setting 13 freshman were selected in the first round". I have not gone through all the prospects like that. Yet, if that record is broken which could happen, thats pretty crazy..

    • @gsukjdakid

      Merlin Calo I appreciate it. and I said 13 freshman were drafted in first round of 2015 NBA Draft, not 15.

    Look out for Jarrett Allen of Texas will be picked top 15 for sure if he continues to improve the rest of the season. Fox will be the 3rd pg off the draft board. I like Dennis Smith but I think Fox's length, speed and defense will get him taken before Smith. I can see Bam being taken before any other big. With his speed, energy, defensive abilities, and just being a modern day Dwight Howard meaning he can shoot out to about 10-15ft and make ft at a much higher rate. I think that will be enough to entice a team looking to unload a Boogie cousins or even a Bucks team that needs to get tougher inside the paint. Good video overall you didn't miss many players but my order would be different. I would go with Lonzo over Fultz for first off the board...Fultz doesn't like to go to his left hand. Lonzo is much taller than your typical pg. CP3 is 6ft and John wall and Westbrook who are your taller pg's are 6'4. Lonzo is 6'6 with a 40 inch vertical.

    how is shooting form a weakness? as long as it goes in, its good for me

    • @gsukjdakid
      @gsukjdakid  7 років тому +36

      That Guy Luis cause his shooting form has a low release which will allow defenders to bother his shot on the next level.

    • @kojoefunds533
      @kojoefunds533 7 років тому

      Kent Jackson - RMB isn't a low form harder to block? Because if it's higher. You reach out and people can just reach out to block you. But with low form, it's closer to you and a defender trying to bother you might be a foul.

    • @kojoefunds533
      @kojoefunds533 7 років тому

      Kent Jackson - RMB good video though

    • @jordynhall1763

      That Guy Luis exactly I've never heard of someones shooting form being a weakness

    • @thatguyluis
      @thatguyluis 7 років тому +4

      Jordyn Hall kevin martin didn't have a problem, so is peja who dips the ball very low and slow asf, and as ugly as marions shot is and his is the lowest release point i knew, his jumpshot rarely gets block. And lonzo is good creating spaces to get off his shot so i really think it wouldn't be a problem. But nice breakdown still, keep it up man.

    lonzo ball is the best player in this draft. although i doubt the celtics will take him with the first pick. love markelle fultz, but i just think that people underestimate the value of a playmaking explosive point guard in the NBA. there is NOT a single player that can run an offense and make plays happen better than lonzo ball, and to add to that he has steph curry range to add to strong paint play and great anticipation defense. the only thing i can say he can't do is his midrange game which is important when he gets to the NBA but is something he can improve. his shooting is unorthodox yes, but it works.lonzo ball is the best player in this draft and i think he can be an all star in the NBA

    The Knicks need to get rid of Rose and draft Ntilakina or Fox. I would love to have Fultz or Lonzo, but we would need to talk for that to happen

      Yep thats the plan. Either luck out and get fultz or ball. Or if theyre not available you gotta go with Ntilikina but hes unknown. Whatever you gotta gamble like we did with KP and hope we get another star because almost every elite team has an elite athletic point guard that shoots threes

    Dennis Smith does deserve top 3 but he's not getting it because of March Madness Hype. Smith is probably going 7

      If he can learn how to run a team but at 6'3 he's going to have to move to pg or be a bench player forever.

    Boston will most likely have first pick in the draft who will they even pick they don't need a PG. I think they should trade that first round pick and get a great player in return

      Ruben Beltran Celtics are in a weird spot, the best prospects are PGs and SFs. trade is the best option, whether it's for a star or trade down for and player like Justin Patton.
