I love that you asked how am I doing. I've been sad lonesome and creatively blocked, but this video cheered my up. It's been so long that I've created a pop song. How are you doing?

Today I tried out your workflow. I have been struggling with making songs for months, but today I finished one. I really love this workflow, as it teaches me to think in structure, use variations of simple ideas, and most importantly: don't try to write the best song of your life, just have fun and write a song.

Very nice voice, good melody but the instruments should stay more organic, acoustic and simple. With some violins as chords 😉

I suggest that you use Ctrl+Alt+L to show/hide the piano roll. If not, it is a hell to be resizing it every time you have to go to the session/arrangement view. I also did it like you before, but Ctrl+Alt+L is much faster and you only resize the piano when you want to, but not for changing views.

What is the gear that you used to add a melody in section 3 (7:13)? Do you have a separate video on that thing? It looks so cool!

I found out that the verse is where the once upon a time happens LNA not the intro or outro. Hey

You are heaven sent! I've been making (or trying to make) music for a long time and basically guessing. This video gave me great tips and confirmed some of my assumptions especially when it comes to process and structure. New motivation for me for sure, so thanks a lot! :)

I have returned to this video as I'd love to start creating my own comedy songs. I am waaaayyyy out of my depth but excited to try and learn a new skill. I think your videos will be a massive help to me. Sending lots of love and hoping you are both well

OMG!!! This was amazing, the fact that you completed this in 10 steps which was the goal, and you created a quality song. Music is so subjective and I love every genre of music and that fact that you got in your POP bag 🎒 was incredible. I just stumbled on your channel and I am new to Abelton live fan. I have been writing copious notes and will turning in please don't stop keep moving because you have value and a organic energy that is so needed. BtW I see English isn't your first language but I understand every lane you stay in. Anyway thank you, 😊

Hey! I've just come onto your recent video to post this comment to let you know that you are doing wonderful things for the community of music production. Yesterday I went into a stream of a female music producer and she recognised me from a video of mine that she watched. She then proceeded to shout out your channel and I responded with "yes! I love her!" We chatted about your videos for a bit and then I said "this is so amazing for women in music production." Here I was in a female producers stream and we were talking about how great and inspirational you are to us and it was just so freakin' great. Keep doing what you do, don't let anything stop you. You're absolutely killing it. Thank you for being here, for your bravery and for your consistently strong output. It's changing the landscape, slowly, but it is.

This made me bit emotional. Thanks so much for this message, it means so much to hear this, especially when I feel down/don’t have energy to continue. ❤️ Thank you ❤️

@@LNADoesAudioStuff I know and I totally get it. I also really get what it's like putting yourself out there as a woman in this field. So in a saturated male market, here's some female love. 🙌
