I'm genuinely surprised no one has remade Shadowkey, Dawnstar, or Stormhold in Skyrim CK. I'd work on it, though I don't have the skill to do it alone.

you are right about the leveling in elder scrolls games. Some skills you just dont have as many opportunities to use and training is not the best way to do it.
