The girls were 12 you gotta give the main characters of credit where they were still children as he did not want to lie to them at the same time he’ll try to be subtle with them as it wasn’t a full fledge lie it’s just the fact that he just didn’t give them the full information which was that the mother cheated as he was just trying to be a responsible parent which probably failed because the mother is a piece of crap

I’m not even gonna lie I feel like it was best for him to stay away from his cousin because what she did was literally siding with the wife even if it wasn’t her intentions she did it out of instinct so yeah I honestly feel he did the right thing by going with his instinct and going nuclear. I’m glad he did tell his daughters the truth at the end as much as I’m glad that everything came out in the open but at the same time I feel his cousin kind of lost her place by not siding with family as she literally wanted him to basically be the guy that gets slandered.

Laura made some good points about post his post-divorce life. The mistake many people make in these situations is thinking the children are snowflakes that can't handle the truth. I can't tell you how many people I know who were small kids when their parents divorced. Every one of them that looks back with fondness to their childhoods are the ones that were told why early on. If given a chance and the conversations are handled correctly children have a resilience beyond what some think possible. I get so frustrated at my comments being removed because of my words. So I will just put it this way. What comes around goes around. Start stepping out on your spouse most likely you will get stepped on yourself later on. There is just this weird thing about the universe. When you release negative energy it comes back to you. Time and time again I see this happening.

Why do they think they can replace the spouse like this. This is when the spouse should force the cheater to do the heavy lifting of divorce. Never leave your home. Also, force the cheater to move into the guest room. Keep another male from moving into your home with your daughters. Always tell the kids the truth and prepare them for a court battle. The cheater is planning to destroy, so get ahead of them. Tell the kids the truth and keep the cheater from weaving lies. The cheater is not playing; you play harder. Look at what happened to the AP. No very stupid sister blaming everything on his ego she was stupid. OP is a father his first priority is to protect his daughters and teach them good life lessons and what lesson would he have taught just rolling over. He would have shown them being a 304 is profitable they can marry then cheat divorce get the kids and half his stuff and make him pay for it all. Then how is ot protecting them if he let's a moral bankrupt guy into the house to screw his wife with his daughters there. He was smart he got his girls and now they are safe and he taught them that being a 304 doesn't work out his cousin didn't understand that or if she did she didn't care and just wanted to defend another woman

@@jld12er I am not saying he shouldn’t divorce his 304 wife. I’m not saying he shoyld surrender his ego and let things to happen. I’m not saying he should teach his daughter how to cheat and deceive the husband. What the wife and her lover boy did was totally unacceptable. I only want to say I have been just like him before me an my ex-husband stood in court for divorce. I was all about: now I will show him how did he hurt me, he will remember me for the rest of my life, etc. And then one very smart lady asked me: OK, but what for? Of course I was furious back then and told her something like: Can’t you see how hurt I am because of his betrayal? How happy I was, and what a mess I am now? Who’s side are you on? She said: You know I’m on your side, and I can se how much you have been hurt. But just tell me: what for? Because I want my revenge on him. That’s all I can do, pour everything I got on him in court. And then she asked me for the third time: What for? And then I started thinking. He doesn’t care for me anymore. He doesen’t want me anymore in his life, he stepped away from my life. He left me. He moved on with his life without me. I have to move on with my life, too. It hurts like hell, but I know I wil survive this. So why bother? It was like she had turn a switch in me. And this was the one thing that helped me to gather my life back together. That is why I see the sister’s advice as very wise, dictated by life’s experience. But the brother chose to go to war, and dwell in doing little nasty things to each other. That was stupid, but I hope he’s got his revenge.

@Kasiek2011 did you have children if not then yes what you did is the correct action but with kids you have to teach them that disrespect can not be tolerated now did he go a little far yes I would have held back a bit BUT he had to get his kids out of there and in a proper home and the way courts treat men well that was the only way to do it family court sucks they always side with the woman unless extreme measures are taken and the only winners are the judges and lawyers it's why I will remain single for life

When someone betrays or seriously wrongs you remember everything. Evaluate your options and listen to advice. Only you can figure the correct path for you. Then get even and more in spades ♠️ 😂😅😊
