Subtile by Federico Díaz

Subtile is the creation of Czech Republican artist, Federico Diaz . Subtile was installed on November 30, 2017 along the River Walk trail in West Sacramento, California between Raley Field and The Barn.

This sculpture is simply lovely. It must be viewed in real life to get the full effect of it and see how both the colors and shapes reflect its environment beautifully. It seems to me to be in a somewhat out-of-the-way place, but it definitely enhances the area. Oddly there is nothing at the actual site to say who the artist is or what the name of the piece is. I am still wondering what the title, 'Subtile' signifies? Federico Diaz is a very talented artist to have designed a piece so in keeping with the location it would be installed in.
