Thanks, Tactical Rifleman, for the opportunity! If anyone has any questions on anything I was talking about, please feel free to ask.

Donnie, thanks for this great explanation. My Sifu in Ving Tsun, also an Executive Protection Specialist, taught us the same information!

I don’t like being on the ground. I will do everything to stay on my feet. Great video, thanks gentlemen and you too Karl

As well you should. Also everything on the ground takes twice as much gas than when standing, so technique and cardio count for double.

Combat fighting is so dynamic that there is a low probability of effective body strikes or body control in a violent encounter. Controlling distance, maintaining balance and evading grapple is paramount. In the case of the opponents featured in this demonstration, size matters. If your opponent is a third bigger than you in size and weight, create distance.

    Good content.
This video is time well spent. You can tell Donnie is a top notch instructor.
Going to the mat with a skilled person can be humbling.
It really puts your fighting skills to the test and a good ass kicking by someone you can learn from is a great experience.
    No shame in it.

Whenever I get into trouble I just yell "Cadre Bowen" 3 times out loud and old Donnie teleports into my critical incident and goes all SERE instructor on dat ass just like he did during The Selection TV show - which is criminal they didn't make another one of those cause that shit was awesome and the only military reality show I could watch. Semper Fidelis SF guys. I toast this crayon to you. Is it criminal I want to see Rudy Reyes and Donnie Bowen do... some sort of video. I really don't care on what. It would be epic.

Sweet I love it especially the back of the head since it’s a pressure point and I can control take down or smash a bad guy through the head control point ❤this video is an absolute life saver thank you ❤and it could be especially useful against armed assaults too if you really think about it and I saw an episode of Dallas swat where they used the back of the head to take down someone with absolute ease so thx again sir ❤also I knew guy named Samuel who used it against a gun by just taking the guy down by trying to control the back of someone’s head to take ‘‘em down and took the gun away after that by getting behind and this could be used against multiple assaults too if one is faster

Combat fighting is very difficult, first, you have a lot of shit on you,you can't lose, also you can't do high kicks like Mawashi Geri, because of a bulletproof vest and belt...also you can`t muzzle thump everybody when you go inside building...especially kids and women like to grab your rifle. I used a lot of old jiu-jitsu and surprisingly aikido works very well, especially with drunk people, also if you fight with people on drugs, they do not feel pain so you can break an arm and they are okay it happened more than once. Awesome video guys 🤙🤙🤙🤙

We fihgt with guns and mortars. If it goes H2H something has gone wrong and death is coming. That being said we will give pretty much anyone of note a chance to present. In my time in Group, Blauers line drills were the rage. H2H is for developing Warrior Spirit, not our GoTo option.
