Since this is the very fist video I've seen without Jani at the helm (yes I'm late) but this is as it should should be. This conveys the original feel, albeit a somewhat smaller stage.
Noticed the "tribute to Queen" tag on here for "We Will Rock You" .. not sure how many remember but they recorded this version of the song for a movie soundtrack about 25 years ago or so so it's not just for the live shows
i get warrant deserving to tour and play the songs they were a part of, but robert is the wrong guy. i get he has pipes, and is super professional and a buddy to them, but these songs should be sung with the passion jani did.
@@mikestephens42 a couple people that could pull off this gig well would be the singer from slammin' gladys, or perhaps an unknown much like great white has gone and done.
People should consider themselves lucky they are still performing, the singer is excellent. Its not their fault Jani couldn't get his habits under control.
New singer is Robert Mason from Lynch Mob he's actually been with Warrant for a while now.
The new singer sounds very good. The guitarists had a great sound. I will definitely check them out when they tour in my area. Thankss for sharing
Absolutely!
RIP Jani - Going to see them this week. I know I will cry because Jani isn't there. 50 year old male in the audience crying.. Sad.
I understand though.
I love jani but he is not here anymore. This guy is doing a good job

It was odd watching without Jani. I liked it though.

I did not know that. Thanks for sharing. Cool!
Awesome
They're a great live band. Little too fast early. But that can happen when a band is ACTUALLY playing lol.
It was so nice to see these bands live, since I have never seen them live in the past. I missed Jani Lane, but seeing Warrant was very cool!
❤
New front man. He’s not Jani Lane but he’s pretty close.
Thanks, about 15 years “new.”
Jani lane is missed for sure. He was such a nice guy.
Fuck awesome show I was up front.
I hate when this happens. Nothing more disappointing than thinking I'm about to see Jani. Got to check the dates a little closer.
Well, he died 22 years ago so it's pretty much common knowledge.
sounds great . Robert mason is killing it
Any idea what happened to Jerry Dixon and when is he going to come back?
I do not, sorry.
I love warrant but there riding on jani lanes songs that the he wrote... rest in peace jani lane 80s forever
that is also robbie crane, not jerry dixon on bass. jerry is taking time away.
I miss Jamie Lane...sigh...
I do too, very much.
And Jani 🤦♂️

I agree that Jani is Warrant. I miss him.
If not Robert Mason, who would you suggest?
@@mikestephens42 i dont know that lane was replaceable at all.

Well I think the two records with Robert Mason are far better than the Jani era. But thats just me.
People should consider themselves lucky they are still performing, the singer is excellent. Its not their fault Jani couldn't get his habits under control.
I hear ya'. That sucks about his situation.
Sorry. It's not the same. Jani, had that irreplaceable charisma.
I agree with you 100%. I enjoyed the music, but it felt odd watching this band on stage.
