There are different lenghts of gate and some with side gates (SG) for roads with pavement, if it doesn't look right try selecting a different gate, if you want to see how it looks open and closed open the signal menu and hover over the track The mod author recommends placing crossings at close to 90* angles for best results
I've had a thought, and to elevate pressure off the main station in London so services flow better, it might be worth creating 2 more stations. So keep Euston, Kings X, and Pancras for services to the north and for future services to the east. Have a station for the western and southwestern services such as combining Paddington, Marylebone, and Victoria. And finally, London Bridge and Waterloo, for primarily electric services down to the coast. Just thought that might help with congestion as London Euston St. Pan Cross. Also, your two transport fever 2 series are the best on UA-cam
You should run the tunnels even further down towards the freight station so that you could have the line completely grade separated, which would also mean the truck don't have to get stuck and the road could be widened.
To work out the rates for the secondary resources Joe... look at the CONSUMERS graph for that industry. Assuming it has stock and is producing at the time, it will tell you how much it is sending to each town at that point in time.
We have been trying to tell you about the rate thingy since ages 😂 anyway congrats to anyone who managed to finally make Joe aware of it.
I'd honestly never twigged! I feel like I've been made aware of some sort of Illuminati style secret which is gonna really enhance my games :D
@@JoeDobsongaming Yes... lots of micro-managing to boost your profits in the future :) And reduce some traffic jams!
I’ll take credit for that 🤣
This should come in handy for the French series

21:27 if it's in the game yet, use 2+1 road into reading where it crosses the train tracks

And another half hour has passed like it would have been five minutes love your Transport Fever 2 videos.
Very fun watching the Reading Area capacity crunch develop in real time :P
Joe discovers the line rate mechanic!!!! At last! :)

Also the rates can't be used to work out passenger lines - sorry!
Good video Joe when the next video of the B7RLE?
separate cars from trains - put a tunnel under tracks near reading!
Youve made the inverse of what you did in Yorkshire where you had lines above platforms!
19:40 both are using the same platform, means you don't need to do that
recreate rufford ford down at York (rufford ford is located in I think Newark north Trent) might be interesting
might need the no collisions mod that’s the thing
1:36 i pointed this out quite a few episodes ago
I like the junction tbh
Honestly I don't mind it, but I know I'm not known for my pretty junctions
I subscribed!
Edit: it would be cool if you modified the landscape around the railway lines e.g. adding fences and removing crops
Hi Joe, can you let us know what mods you are using?
Great vid Joe keep it up
Thanks Stacey! I shall do my best :D
Finally gatessssssss
It took long enough didn't it Scott! But we've finally got gates! :D
