You mean the Dispatch Missions. Are you serious? They repeat over and over again with different ones. With old ones disappearing. If some old ones are required for 100% then they are no longer there after you do them.

Javier Thompson A lot of the tasks are easy tho like literally just picking flowers in the mission area
A lot of the rarer animals can be caught at LZs, just lay 8 traps down when you get off the chopper and then extract straight away.

The bond percent doesn't really matter because they go up and down after every battle. You only need to reach 100% with D-Dog once

I think you need to upgrade your Fulton to the next grade because I had 24 recently and I upgraded and now I have 36

You also need to S-Rank all missions and finish all the tasks for each mission. Also, you need to finish all side ops
Yeah, I did all that too. I got it after a lot of item development. I read you need one of every weapon. But it might be a specific item. No idea.
