It sounds like your garden is going to explode with colors this year. The more flowers you have, the more pollinators will show up. If you grow them, they will come. I hope you have great success with Winter Sowing. I will be starting mine this weekend. I love Hyacinths and last year I bought a container of them from Walmart. Needless to say, they didn't last long but I just left them alone. Yesterday I saw one of those containers had several Hyacinths blooming and a couple more starting in another container. They had survived our below zero temps and snow! No clue what type they were since the tag just said Hyacinth.
