i did this last week only to find out after testing one of my ceramic capacitors was bad, then i had a bunch of orange gunk on on my board and i tried to remove it and one of my chips pins came off, with the pad, i did a wire bypass and now i have a working game gear. i need to adjust the bennvenn screen cause its a bit off center but it seems like its working as intended. the bennvenn bracket also didnt feel like the holes were as accurate as they should be. I have the latest version from bennvenn
